Pros:

Schönes großes Apartment im obersten Stockwerk mit toller Dachterrasse. Komplett mit Rollläden, Frühstück bekommt man in praktischen Boxen aufs Zimmer geliefert. Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe, Supermarkt ebenfalls. Kaffeeautomat steht rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung. Zugang zum Apartment über einen Türcode, so braucht man keinen Schlüssel oder Karte mitnehmen. Küche ist klein, aber mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider zuwenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Fahrstuhl fährt leider nicht bis ganz nach oben, was mit Koffern etwas anstrengend werden kann. Stühle auf der Terrasse leider etwas unbequem.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage könnte stärker sein, durch den Straßenverkehr kann man das Fenster nicht offen lassen. Ich habe es beim Schlafen gerne kühl

Die Ausstattung war Mega schön, und sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass es kein „ Frühstück „ gab wie man es gewohnt wäre wenn man „ Frühstück inbegriffen „ bucht.
Es gab im Kühlschrank zwei Lunchboxen wo das Frühstück eingepackt war. Zwei Brötchen, Wurst im Plastik Behälter, Käse, kleine Tomaten, Obst, ein Ei , Butter, Marmelade, Frischkäse, alles aufgeweicht im Plastik.
Darauf muss explizit drauf hingewiesen werden, weil man nämlich die Möglichkeit hat die Unterkunft auch ohne „ Frühstück „ zu buchen.
Das ist ein absolutes No Go!!!!

Pros:

Frühstück gab es nur auf Vorbestellung. Gefrühstückt wird auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Vor dem Eingang ist eine große Stufe. Und wirklich nur eine. Für ältere Leute sehr schlecht. Rollstuhlfahrer haben keine Chance.
Ich hatte mir das vorher wohl nicht durchgelesen. Ohne Personal. Für uns war das gar nichts. Der Fahrstuhl ist sehr klein. Zum Glück waren wir in der ersten Etage

Schicke Innenarchitektur Bad, Lage und Zimmer ruhig, sehr nettes Management vor Ort, praktische Zimmercode ohne Schlüssel. Größeres von 2 Appartment gut eingerichtet und praktisch.
Gute Gelegenheiten zum leckeren Frühstück in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft

Schönes Appartement im Wedding
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist modern, groß und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut, dass man sich im Erdgeschoss am Kaffee bedienen kann. Guter Mechanismus mit den Codes.

Cons:

Poor cleanliness, no staff, only provided one towel for a booking of 2 people. It was also very dark with very dim lights so its really hard to wash up in the evening as you cant really see the kitchen space as there are no lights near it.

It was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay to explore Berlin.
Pros:

Very clean and tidy.

Cons:

The directions to get from the station were confusing. And the lifts stop in between each floor which means you have to carry heavy luggage up or down stairs.
