Pros:

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in mehreren Punkten nicht den Erwartungen und auch nicht dem Preisniveau.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft unzureichend. Es befanden sich Haare an verschiedenen Stellen, und insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt. Auch die Handtücher sowie das Bett waren sichtbar verschmutzt, was wir als besonders unangenehm und inakzeptabel empfunden haben. Besonders enttäuschend war zudem das bereitgestellte Hundekörbchen, das sich in einem deutlich unhygienischen Zustand befand. In Anbetracht der zusätzlichen Gebühr von 20 € für den Hund halten wir dies für nicht angemessen.

Auch bei der Ausstattung kam es zu Einschränkungen: Ein Fernseher stand nicht zur Verfügung. Zudem wurde uns ein Getränk an der Bar angeboten, die jedoch nicht besetzt war, sodass wir dieses Angebot nicht wahrnehmen konnten.

Darüber hinaus wirkte das Hotel insgesamt recht abgenutzt, und die Geräuschkulisse war störend. Insbesondere die Klimaanlage verursachte durchgehend hörbare Geräusche, was den Schlaf beeinträchtigt hat.

Wir hätten uns unter diesen Umständen deutlich mehr Komfort und Sauberkeit erwartet. Daher bitten wir um eine Stellungnahme und eine angemessene Kompensation, da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht gegeben war.

Świetnie zorganizowany hotel jako baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Walhalli. Smaczne śniadania.
Pros:

Jakość i standard pokoju oceniam jako najwyższy z możliwych. Widać doświadczenie w branży hotelarskiej a ergonomia rozwiązań pokoju może być wzorem dla innych. Pokój genialny.

Cons:

Jedyne co trochę psuło wizerunek to 8-10 miejsc parkingowych na około kilkadziesiąt pokoi.
Trudno było znaleźć miejsce a tabliczki grożące odholowaniem - straszyły.
