La ubicacion excelente. Salis del hotel y tenes la entrada al subte. Barrio tranquilo. El conserje Jonas muy amable y Yamila e Irene que estan en el desayunador también

Für uns optimal!
Pros:

Apartment mit gut ausgestatteter Küche.
Sogar 2 Bäder im Apartment (weil diese auch als Zimmer einzeln verkauft werden).
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang (Martin).
Aufenthaltsbereich im 1. OG.
Lage zentral, vieles sehr schnell mit ÖV erreichbar.
Sehr bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Reinigung im Apartment hat nicht gut geklappt. Es wurde nur ein Zimmer gereinigt, das andere gar nicht und das wurde trotz unserem Wunsch auch am Folgetag nicht nachgeholt! Das war enttäuschend.
Lage: Unmittelbar vor dem Hotel ist leider ein Park mit vielen Depgenabhängigen.
Apartments nach vorne zur Strasse heraus: Eigentlich nicht so laut, aber es fahren nachts regelmässig Fahrzeuge nit Blaulicht und Martinshorn durch, was man sehr gut hört.

Pros:

Zimmer sehr praktisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Unser Zimmer ging auf den Hinterhof, hat einen Balkon, war ruhig. Im Park vor dem Haus geht es in der Nacht manchmal ein bisschen wild zu, aber wir haben uns nie unsicher gefühlt. Empfehlung.
