Schöner Trip nach Heidelberg. Altstadt vom Hotel aus gut zu Fuss oder mit Strassenbahn zu erreichen.
Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Gutes Frühstück. Angenehmes und geräumiges Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung.

Ich übernachte weiterhin dort. Weil Lage und Ausstattung überwiegen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, modern und vor allem groß. Die Lage perfekt für mich mit den Öffentlichen.
Beim frühstück gibt es eine warme Eier-Station, perfekten Ausblick und endlich mal Brot!

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte für den Preis doch gerade bei Obst, Joghurt etc. qualitativ besser sein.
Ich habe es öfter erlebt, dass bei sehr vielen Gästen/ hoher Auslastung, für die Anzahl an Gästen beim Frühstück zu wenig Personal da ist. Es wird zu langsam abgeräumt und dadurch sind keine freien Tische da. Das ist morgens anstrengend und kostet Zeit.
Ich habe kein Bügeleisen bekommen, weil alle ausgebohrt waren. Sollte trotz hoher Auslastung bei so einem großen Hotel nie passieren! Ganz ehrlich.
Nebenbei: Grundsätzlich sollte ein Laptopverbot beim Frühstück gelten. Arbeitet doch bitte auf euren Zimmern und nervt nicht schon vor der Arbeit. Wenigstens dort will ich mal meine Ruhe bevor der Stress losgeht.

Wir haben uns rundum im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt, wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Bodentiefe Fenster sind sehr schön. Die Bar im 15. Stock ist klasse.
Das Hotel ist Passivhaus-Hochhotel, einfach genial.

Guter Aufenthalt, jedoch beim wichtigsten eines Hotelzimmers, neben den Betten noch Potenzial nach oben.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Rooftop Bar, das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Die Betten könnten etwas breiter und Matratzen komfortabler sein.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are well-maintained. The restaurant where the breakfast is held is beautiful, as is the view, and the variety of options is absolutely amazing. One of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had.

Cons:

It could be a bit closer to the town center, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Also, on one of the days, one of our bathroom towels had a huge hole on it (I used it anyway, as I was tired, and it was replaced on the following day).
The parking garage doesn't have many spots, and some guests are a bit inconsiderate, parking outside of the spot. We got the last spot available and it was very stressful to make the car fit in it, as the other car next to it was terribly parked.
