An sich ein sehr schönes Hotel. Etwas außerhalb des Zentrums aber das hat uns nicht gestört.
Ich war zum 3. Mal da, leider zum letzten Mal.
Mich hat massiv das herrische Verhalten einer Angestellten beim Frühstücksservice gestört. Ich wollte an einem größeren Tisch mit schönes Aussicht in einer ruhigen Ecke sitzen und wurde von ihr wie ein Schulmädchen arrogant vertrieben. Dass einige Tische weiter ein Mann alleine an einem 4er Tisch saß, hat sie nicht bemängelt. Mich hätte es nicht gestört, wenn sie noch jemanden zu uns gesetzt hätte. Aber der ruhig gelegene Tisch mit schöner Aussicht wurde lieber den halben Morgen für Langschläfergruppen freigehalten.
Und die Art und Weise wie sich die Frau mir gegenüber verhalten hat, das war für mich absolut inakzeptabel. Vielleicht sollte man dieses Vorgehen überdenken.
Am Abend zuvor wurde ein alleinreisender Herr an einem sehr schönen, grossen Platz im Barraum platziert. Später kamen 4 junge Leute, die sich zu ihm gesetzt haben. Die 5 kannten sich nicht und haben sich den ganzen Abend sehr nett unterhalten. Das Verhalten des Barteams nenne ich Sozialkompetenz und sollte als Vorbild dienen.
