Fijne tijd gehad in een mooi huis en lekker rustig dorpje.
Pros:

Fijn, ruim chalet met mooie moderne inrichting. Nabij het hotel met een mooie speeltuin en een restaurant met terras.

Cons:

Te weinig haakjes aan de muur om dingen op te hangen en heel weinig stopcontacten in de slaapkamers. Ook was het erg warm in augustus zonder airco en ventilatoren, met name op de bovenverdieping. Jammer dat de kinderen niet binnendoor naar de speeltuin konden, maar om het hotel heen moesten, waardoor we ze niet alleen konden laten gaan.

Das frühstück war so halbwegs in ordnung, wenn man teilweise vom zustand der lebensmittel absieht
ungekühlte und flüssige butter

Cons:

die bilder die bei booking abgebildet sind müssen endlos alt sein. die gezeigten inhalte entsprechen nicht der realität.

wenn man zwei betten zusammenschiebt ergibt das noch lange kein französiches bett.

die zimmer wurden zwar angeblich renoviert, aber die elektroinstallation hat nur hwlbwegs funktioniert, über den betten sind großartige nachtlampen installiert, sind jedoch garnicht anschlatbar. die wechselschalter funktionieren nur teilweise und oftmals garnicht.
sauberkeit und unterhaltung der zimmer ist ein ganz großes problem.
bei uns sollte das zimmer nur im rhytmus von 3 tagen geputzt werden, bettenmachen wurde überhaupt nicht ausgeführt. wenn handtücher auf dem flur abgelegt wurden, dann wurden diese zwar entfernt, aber keine neuen handtücher nachgereicht.
das einmalige reinigen des zimmers bestand darin die bettdecken lose aufzulegen, badreinigung fand überhaupt nicht statt, lediglich die abfalleimer wurden geleert.
die angebotenen saunen sind in kleinstform zwar vorhanden, werden aber lediglich auf verlangen eingeschaltet. ruheräume sind eher als abstellräume zu bezeichnen und laden in keinster weise zur nutzung ein. vor den saunen befindet sich zwar ein begrünter bereich, ist aber komplett öffentlich einsehbar.

so könnte man die aufzählung noch weiter fortführen. aber es reicht hier schon

Pros:

Der Service der mir sogar mein vergessenes Buch in die Schweiz nachgeschickt hat und auch sonst super freundlich war. Sobald ich wieder am Titisee bin komme ich wieder. Die Nachtruhe, das Zimmer mit Balkon und das Essen im externen Restaurant (sympathischer Küchenchef!) außerdem ist man in 5 min beim badeparadies. Danke für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht , insbesondere die Dame, die (wohl auch aus Kostengründen) , dass gesamte Frühstück „schmeißen“ muss.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat sich grundsätzlich geändert - vom ehemlas Inhabergeführtem Haus mit Charm, zu einer Art „Billigkette“ . Es wird an allen Ecken gespart, angefangen mit einem check-in automat , aufgehört bei den mehr als „billigen“ Zutaten beim Frühstück. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht mehr.

Понравилось местоположение,номер в целом был неплохой.

Cons:

Ни разу за три дня номер не убирали ,не выбрасывали мусор и не меняли полотенца и бельё.
Нет лифта,надо на второй этаж тащить чемоданы.
Завтраки средние.

Tutto bene ma niente da ricordare. rapporto prezzo qualità eccessivo rispetto ad altre strutture

wifi gratuito, letti comodi, colazione buona, personale cordiale, discreta posizione, parcheggio auto.
Struttura adatta per 1 notte se di transito durante il viaggio

Cons:

la struttura ha bisogno di essere riammodernata.
Prezzo elevato per 1 notte rispetto alla tipologia della camera.
Troppi i messaggi ricevuti su whatapps per il servizio online di check-in e check-out, rispondere diventava impegnativo anche perchè messaggi ricevuti solo in lingua tedesca.
