Pros:

The rooms are clean, the staff is great! There is a free water (500ml bottle) per person per day.

Cons:

The beds are not comfortable. You must lay on your back otherwise if you turn on a side, you can fall down from the bed. I have never sleep on such a strange bed.

Pros:

We loved the bed . Very comfortable. The mattress cover was missing. Not very igienic .
The location is close to the main attractions .

Cons:

Very dirty . The bathroom smelled like dirty pipes the entire week we were there . We even both cleaning pipes products in the hope that will eliminate the smell but it didn't work much.
The cleaning service included just the remake of the beds and fresh , random towels.
The dust was flying around so I had to clean the floor myself after a few days.(The tips didn't make any difference.)
We asked for a quiet room and we got a room on the second floor ,close to the elevator . We could not keep the window open because of the outside noise.

Neat, clean and an easy walk to the Hauptbahnhof
Pros:

The hotel, room and bathroom were well kept by housekeeping team. The location is near main station and we used that advantage to travel to nearby towns. The area was lively well into the night. They were able to store our luggage for a few hours

Cons:

The in-room fridges in all rooms didn't work. The room heater could not be shut off, as a result the room was perpetually hot. The bed was very springy and there were no extra pillows or sheets.

Cons:

Room was not clean. Half of room was taken up by the low ceiling, which was covered in hand prints and marks. The appliances in the room did not work. The curtains on the window were broken and did not open. The blinds on the window were dirty and broken. The bed was uncomfortable. The mattresses of the double bed came apart and moved all night. The mattresses were dirty and soiled. Breakfast was good but overpriced.

schön ruhiges Hotelzimmer. ich fand es super,das man keine schnarchenden Leute aus anderen Zimmern hören konnte. die matratze war sehr bequem!

Grande chambre avec de très bons équipements.
Personnel agréable.
Deco moderne et sans moquette.

Cons:

Le bruit des portes des autres chambres qui se ferment.
