Great location, clean and secure hotel.
Pros:

The hotel has excellent location and is secure and clean. It is close to the central station and the city center.

Cons:

This time my room was really great, looking to the inner yard, clean. The bathroom can be a little bit better renovated.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I would especially like to highlight Veli’s service. He was extremely polite, attentive, helpful, and professional. He was always available to assist and made me feel very welcome.

Cons:

Chambre 404, la chambre ne sentait pas très bon, les spots pendaient au plafond, la douche fuyait dans la salle de bain, et comme il n'y avait pas de paroi de douche, on inondait les WC, le lavabo et potentiellement nos habits également.

Quant au petit-déjeuner, les plats étaient presque tous vides à notre arrivée, (il n'y avait plus de pain, juste 2 tranches de fromage, presque plus d'oeufs brouillés etc... etc...) simplement parce que la personne qui s'en occupait tardait trop à regarnir les différents plats etc.... dommage !

Pros:

Gute Lage zum Hauptbahnhof, Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war vernachlässigt, Toilette schmutzig. Vom Fenster hatte man den Blick auf Müll und Essensreste auf dem Zwischendach.

Excellent stay! The room was modern, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is excellent, close to the central station with easy access to public transport and the city’s main attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Great value for money.
