لكن السكن كان حار جدا رغم اني طلبت منهم مروحه وبسرعه تم تقديم المروحة لكن رغم المساعده كانت الغرفه كتير حاره

They should provide better service
Pros:

Location was ok, not so good.

Cons:

No air condition, it was 29 degree that day when we arrived.
They sent fan but that was not enough, it was too slow. We literally sweating.
We requested cleaning on our 3rd day but it was not done.
We requested to take trash which was collected next day.
They always insist to visit our room during our absence, not sure why.
I dont prefer to allow them to come inside our room as we have valuables, passports and money.
No washing machine in room.
Room size was too small.

Meu filho tem 1,90m de altura. A cama adicional era muito pequena. O quarto era pequeno e não há lugar para colocar as malas, que ficam abertas no chão.

Pros:

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut in Friedrichshain gelegen und das Personal via WhatsApp sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist leise.

Cons:

Es war nicht besonders sauber. An der Decke klebten pinke Ballons. aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen sind einige geplatzt, bei anderen hat sich der Klebstoff gelöst und sie sind von der Decke gefallen. Die Küchenschränke sind größtenteils leer. Der Kühlschrank war so kalt eingestellt, dass all unsere Lebensmittel eingefroren sind. Es gibt keine guten Jalousien, weshalb es morgens sehr früh sehr hell ist. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und es wird sehr warm.

La ubicación ha estado genial, a 5 minutos de una parada de metro donde pasan muy frecuentemente metros hacia la zona de los monumentos principales

Cons:

El aparato para entrar estaba roto y no funcionaba el número, pero contacté y enseguida me dieron la solución.

Pros:

The room was super spacious and clean, it had basic amenities, and location is perfect, 5min from Frankfurter Tor metro station, but also other cool places in Friedrichshain. The price was cheapest from all available options, but for a reason.

Cons:

Noise 1) from the backyard which worked like amplifier and some folks kept talking all night, 2) the door from staircase is located just next to the room, and it was banging loud all the time, day and night.
