Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und toller Atmosphäre
Pros:

Kurze Wege, hervorragendes Frühstück, 50 % Rabatt auf erstes Getränk in der Hotelbar, Parkhaus gegenüber

Cons:

Da Rezeption im zweiten Stock ist, war der Eingang in Straßenhöhe verschlossen und die Klingel nicht sofort ersichtlich.

La situation en ville, l"accès facile

Cons:

un peu d'attente à l'arrivée mais rien de grave, une odeur légère à l'arrivée dans la chambre mais en ouvrant les fenêtres plus rien après.

Gutes, preiswertes Hotel - wenn die Klimaanlage funktionieren würde.
Pros:

Neues Hotel, gute Ausstattung. Gutes Frühstück. Die Fenster sind extrem schalldicht, wenn man sie zu lässt. Das Parkhaus Innenstadt ist gut zu erreichen, also Parken kein Problem.

Cons:

Leider kühlte die Klimaanlage nicht, was bei 28° Außentemperatur nicht angenehm war. Die Fenster (die gut schallisoliert sind) konnte man wegen des Lärms auf der Straße nicht öffnen. Außerdem wären ein paar Garderobenhaken im Eingangsbereich hilfreich und ein oder zwei Handtuchhaken im Bad.

Freundlicher Empfang, sehr ruhiges, schönes Appartement und die Lage ist sehr gut. Viele Essen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Personal am Front Desk war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Klimaanlage im gesamten Hotel defekt bei 30 Grad, Zimmer zum Innenhof laut wg Geräuschen von „Generatoren“, ratternde bis pfeifende Geräusche
Vorne Straßenlärm und Baustelle.
