okay, aber war schon besser
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral in Offenbach gelegen und modern. Die Zimmer sind puristisch gehalten, aber komfortabel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist prinzipiell okay.

Cons:

Ich habe schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel übernachtet und nach meiner Beobachtung hat die Auswahl beim Frühstück und die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen nachgelassen. Zudem hatte ich diesmal ein Zimmer mit unzureichender Schallisolierung, so dass der Straßenlärm zu hören war und den Schlaf gestört hat.

Top Hotel - sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Super Lage, moderne Zimmer mit einer guten Größe.
Die glutenfreien Brötchen und Teilchen (auch wenn sie sehr trocken waren), vielen Dank für die Auswahl. Preis Leistung dieses Hotels ist absolut empfehlenswert!
Lage: direkt an der U-Bahn, Taxistand vor der Tür, gute Auswahl an Restaurants in der Umgebung,

Cons:

Wir hätten uns mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück gewünscht, aber es war in Ordnung.

Alles in allem zufriedenstellend im Preisleistungsverhältnis mit möglichem Verbesserungspotential.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war insgemein zufriedenstellend. Die Lage des Hotels zur öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindung angrenzend war optimal, besser geht es nicht!
Das Personal war insgemein sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar zufriedenstellend, hätte aber in der Auslage Wurst/Käse etwas mehr Abwechlung gebraucht. Automatensäfte hatten wenig Qualität. Ein Spiegelei oder auch mal ein Omlett war auf Grund von Personalmangel leider nicht möglich.
Die Bar in der Lobby eines Hotels um 22.00 Uhr schon zu schliessen ist wenig förderlich und viel zu früh.
Eine Sauna im Fitnessbereich wäre sicherlich von Vorteil und würde der Einrichtung/Hotel eine höhere Bewertung zuordnen!
Die Pflegemittel im Bad sollte man ein wenig besser präsentieren, gemässen der inhaltlich guten Qualität.
Eine Spenderflasche zu einem 1/4 gefüllt macht wenig Eindruck, sollte man vom Housekepping regelmässig auffüllen, sorry!

2nd stay as it’s really very convenient and comfortable
Pros:

The Location is in the middle of the city center and just few steps away from the metro station to other cities and stations.
The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It comes with an A/C (which was a blessing with the current heat). Housekeeping staff very friendly and supportive.

Cons:

Would be good to have a little fridge in the rooms to have cold drinks on hand.
I booked a double room for single use, for 2 people, the storage space can be very limited though.
