Qualität Drühstück war i.O. Personal sehr gut, Check In-out extrem schnell

Cons:

zu wenig Frühstücksplätze. Von drei Tagen nur einmal ohne langes Warten einen Platz gedunden

Frühstück ausreichend.
Sitzmöglichkeiten für „Rollatorenfahrer“ schwierig da zu eng.
Danke für das Behinderte nzimmer, Zimmertür muss richtig eingestellt werden.
Der Zugang Garage Aufzüge für Behinderte perfekt.

Cons:

Gangbeleuchtung zu Zimmer 118 zu dunkel.
Zimmertür 118 bitte neu einstellen.

Tophotel in Citylage und trotzdem ruhig
Pros:

Das gesamte Ambiente, die Innenstadt ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, tolles Frühstück in Wohnzimmerfeeling, saubere Zimmer, gut klimatisiert, Tiefgarage mit direktem Hotelzugang, nettes Personal und als Highlight die Rooftop Bar mit Blick über Karlsruhe! Kommen gerne wieder!
