Pros:

I was booked for one night. The staff was excellent and extremely professional. My scheduled early wake up call was right on time.

Cons:

I liked everything, but there was something I didn't understand until the staff explained. Around the entry and check-desk was a dead zone. It was planned this way. It isn't that I didn't like it, I didn't know it existed.
