Pros:

Proche de la gare, autonomie d'arrivée.

Cons:

Une seule salle de bain pour 4 chambres est trop peu. Le lit était de mauvaise qualité. La propreté n'était pas très bonne. Avec ma sœur on s'est toutes les deux fait piquer à plusieurs reprises (cinquantaines de piqûres pour ma part). On soupçonne des punaises de lits.

Pros:

Tolle Betten, Rollos zum abdunkeln an den Fenstern, super ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage. Das macht die optisch nicht so schönen Zimmer wett.

Cons:

Abgewohnt und eigentlich nicht sehr schön die Zimmer.

Die Küche und die Toilette sind sauber.

Cons:

Es gibt viele Bett Insekten meinem Zimmer. Vielleicht das sind Bedbugs auf english. Ich habe fotografiert als Beweis und habe ich bei Verwaltungs Beschwerden gemacht. Ich habe nicht gut geschlafen wegen diesen Bettinsekten.

Die Einrichtung befindet sich in guter Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs.

Cons:

Zunächst einmal finde ich, dass der Vermieter für die Sauberkeit sorgen sollte, wenn sich mehrere Mieter ein Badezimmer teilen – und zwar täglich. Toilette und Dusche rochen nach Urin. Es war extrem unhygienisch. Die Kissen waren sehr alt und hatten gelbe Schweißflecken. Ich finde, dass Sauberkeit für Vermieter oberste Priorität haben sollte.

Alles, es ist kein Hotel sondern eine 4 Zimmer Wohnung mit Gemeinschaftsbad und Gemeinschaftstoilette der Vorraum mit Gemeinschafts Küche
Hat definitiv nichts mit einem Hotel zu tun Ich habe für das Zimmer ca 8qm 96€ bezahlt musste über meinen Mann klettern da das Bett oben und rechts an der Wand stand. Zimmer 3 unglaublich
Zimmer 4 etwas größer 2 getrennte Betten 53€ Vermieter sehr unfreundlich habe bis heute keine Rechnung bekommen
Auf dem Küchenschrank steht eine Kamera die kann jeden sehen der auf die Toilette oder ins Bad geht

Die Lage und das ist eine Terrasse gegeben hat.

Cons:

Ich habe leider was vergessen und wollte Auskunft bzw dass man mir das zuschickt. Für einen Schal und einen Socken sind mir dann 20 € Porto zu teuer gewesen. Daraufhin habe ich eine Antwort bekommen dass sie mein Zeug bis Ende des Monats entsorgen obwohl sie es laut Gesetz ein halbes Jahr aufbewahren müssten.
