Me sentí como en casa gracias al increíble equipo!
Pros:

Durante mi estancia me sentí muy bienvenida. Todo el equipo fue extremadamente amable, educado y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Cada vez que necesitaba algo, como agua, una cubitera para enfriar mis bebidas o cualquier otra cosa, me atendían con una sonrisa y mucha disposición.

Lo que más me gustó fue que, aunque no hablo alemán, el personal siempre hizo el esfuerzo de comunicarse conmigo y asegurarse de que estuviera cómoda. Me sentí cuidada y bien atendida en todo momento. La atención al cliente fue excelente y realmente marcó la diferencia en mi experiencia. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Cons:

No tengo ninguna queja importante. Mi estancia fue muy agradable y el personal contribuyó a que todo fuera cómodo y fácil.

Cons:

Die Empfangsdame am 17.4.2026 Nachmittags. Sehr kompliziert. Wollte mir als Buchende und zahnende Person nur ein Zimmer für die Familie aushändigen . Mein Mann musste von einem Event erst extra anfahren , sonst hätte ich die Koffer nicht verteilen können. Zudem kennt sie das Hotel offensichtlich nicht . Wir baten um beieinander liegende Zimmer. Diese lagen dann aber zuerst 2 Gänge und ca 10 Zimmer voneinander entfernt.

Wat een leuk hotel
Pros:

Wat een leuk en modern hotel met vriendeljjk personeel. Klleine dinerkaart, maar voor ieder wat wils. Hele leuke, niet standaard inrichting van receptie, eet-/relaxruimtes en kamers.

Kann absolut nichts bemängeln. Toller Empfang, um die Ecke im grünen und auch innerhalb von 10 min am Schloss.
