richtig gut für kurze Aufenthalte mit wenig Gepäck.
Pros:

hervorragende Lage sowohl zur Innenstadt als auch zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Zimmer lag sehr ruhig zum Innenhof, klein aber ausreichend, Bad ebenso. Nettes Begrüßungskärtchen, alles relativ selbsterklärend.

Cons:

Probleme im Vorfeld mit dem Zugangscode - die App funktionierte einige Stunden nicht mehr und über die Servicenummer war lange niemand erreichbar. Vor Ankunft aber geklärt. Mit schweren Koffern war das Zimmer im 2. Stock beschwerlich zu erreichen. Einmal pro Woche/ Stay reinigen ist nicht wirklich ausreichend, nach 2 Tagen wünscht man sich schon zumindest eine Kurzreinigung. 35 Euro für eine Extrareinigung erscheinen bei so einem kleinem Raum dann aber sehr übertrieben. Eventuell auch deswegen nachts Silberfische im Zimmer gesehen. Die sind zwar nicht schädlich, aber vielleicht mag nicht jeder Biotope in der Unterkunft.

Súper limpio, muy práctico, súper bien ubicado.
Un estudio muy cómodo y lindo.
Atención pronta vía WhatsApp para cualquier duda.

Cons:

Todo es atomatizado - virtual, todo desde tu celular. No es que sea malo en sí, pero sí que se extraña ver a alguien para recibirte o, en caso que olvides tu celular en tu cuarto, no veo cómo puedas volver a él; así que extra atención si es que eres despistado(a).
En resumen, sí volvería, pero pediría antes unas tarjetas-llave, que hasta ahora veo también ofrecen.

Jederzeit gerne wieder.
Pros:

Cooles Appartment Haus in absolut zentraler Lage zur Innenstadt.
Gute Kommunikation bezüglich eigenständigem CheckIn. Appartment und Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber und gepflegt

New and modern accommodation
Pros:

The location is great! The rooms have everything you need and more. Very clean, new, modern. The bed is comfortable, the sheets are made of very good material. The bathroom deserves special praise! Excellent communication with the owner, answer to every question. Safe storage for suitcases. Praise for the interior and communication of this accommodation!

Cons:

Unfortunately, there is no elevator at the property. Carrying large suitcases up the narrow, winding staircase to the upper floors can be a challenge. The accommodation is not a hotel, but more of an AirBNB style collection of apartments for rent. The accommodation lacks any common areas, there is nowhere to spend time other than in the room, but unfortunately Original rooms are so small, suitable for one person. If there are two passengers, then you cannot spend any free time there. The price, 150 eur and up for an original room, is a bit high.

Pros:

Modern and clean room, central location. Good bed. Complimentary tea and coffee.

Cons:

Some over-designed features, e.g. sink, are probably very hipster but un-practical for use. Thin door allowing noise from stairs into room. Online check-in excessively detailed and resulting in email spam.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral. Näher in der Stadt geht nicht. Die Wohnung war liebevoll und stylisch eingerichtet. Es mangelt wirklich an nichts. Sehr sauber und die Betten waren auch bequem.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Früstück war gebucht,findet aber ausserhalb in einen nahen Kaffee statt,nur leider hatte das Kaffee an diesem Tage nicht geöffnet.
