Pros:

La posizione è strategica, molto vicina alle fermate dei tram/pullman e a sole 3-4 fermate dalla stazione centrale.

Cons:

L'appartamento era sporco, le tende erano macchiate, c'erano insetti morti vicino al piano cottura, in generale tanta polvere.
Non c'era aria condizionata/ventilatore.
Ogni volta che ci si faceva la doccia, il bagno si allagava.

War okay für ein paar Nächte…
Pros:

Die Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank war durch die sehr warmen Außentemperaturen sehr praktisch

Cons:

Leider war der toper vom Bett sehr fleckig, das Lacken ist immer wieder abgerutscht wodurch man trotzdem ständig damit in Berührung gekommen ist was ich persönlich nicht so schön fand, außerdem ist der toper selbst auch immer sehr stark verrutscht und hing dann halb vom Bett. Außerdem wäre ein Ventilator schön gewesen, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Would consider staying again but not for more than €50 per night. ( take your own pillow and fan )
Pros:

Nespresso machine and coffee provided. Also a mini fridge, tv and shampoo.

Cons:

The room was extremely hot. Sun shines in the window directing all day. No AC available and can’t sleep with window open as the aluminum frame opens up over the bed. On the third day a small fan was brought to us.
The room was very dirty, there was mold on the walls and stains everywhere. The inner pillow and duvet was also gross and very uncomfortable. ( 1 sloppy pillow provided for each person ). The pillow cases and duvet don’t seal so you can see the brown inner portions inside. There was hair all over the bathroom

Could be better, could be worse!
Pros:

●Very easy access to the property, and self check in went very smoothly with no hiccups.
You get sent the code for the property and you just punch it in no problem.
Works the same for your room.
●Close by to many local shops and trams.
●Nice little kitchen area with plenty of space for food in the fridge/cupboards.
●Window opens out very wide, so good for those hot nights.
●Good stock of essentials, i.e. toilet paper, tissues, soap.

Cons:

●No air-conditioning, and the fan provided didn't work very well and was filled with dust and dirt.
●Brown mark/stain on the toilet seat.
●Shower cubicle is tiny and it is unavoidable that you will get the water everywhere but the shower bit.
●Only 1 pillow provided per room mate, and they were very flat, felt like sleeping without one.

Alles gut
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, perfekt auch die Parkplätze im Hof und zu einer anderen Jahreszeit wäre es bestimmt auch noch mal besser gewesen, aber ohne Klimanlage war es in dem Zimmer kaum auszuhalten. Die Betten sind sehr klein (120 cm) für 2 große Menschen kaum machbar. Aber egal es war sauber, zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und das war das wichtigste, wir würden auch in jedem Fall wieder kommen. Die Mitarbeiter per Mail waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit.. Wirklich super Kontakt!

Cons:

Wofür das Hotel/Appartmenthaus gar nichts kann, war das Wetter, viel zu warm und bedingt durch die Lage konnte man erst spät die Fenster öffnen und dann war es auch noch megalaut. aber das wars es
