Schöner Rheinblick, gute Zimmeraustattung (kühlschrank, Geschirr...), Parken gegenüber hinter Aral kostenlos...

Cons:

Checkin war problematisch, aber es war eine freundliche Dame vor Ort die das Problem lösen konnte...

Pros:

Ein super schönes Zimmer mit großartiger Aussicht. Alles sauber. Die Ausstattung ist super, es gibt auch Spülmaschinentabs, alles gut Kaffee etc. Wenn ich nochmal nach Düsseldorf fahre dann buche ich wieder Zipper.

Spokojenost, ten výhled byl TOP
Pros:

Design hotelu, parkování v bezpečné čtvrti, klid, pohotovost personálu, TOP výhled, pohodlná postel.
Hodně zákazníků psalo, že jim nefungovala klimatizace, což jsme si nejdříve mysleli také, ale personál vše okamžitě řešil. Nakonec to bylo pouze špatnou polohou okenních klik. Jakmile se okna správně zavřela, klima se sama spustila.

Cons:

Voda netekla prakticky nikdy horká, maximálně třetinově doplněná kosmetika v plnitelných lahvích, místo restaurace pouze staveniště, minibar v lobby prázdný. Museli jsme si koupit vůně na WC, jelikož při vstupu do koupelny to zde zřejmě od odpadu dost zapáchalo.

Mooi, maar let op welke kamer je krijgt.
Pros:

Mooi hotel, vrij nieuw, makkelijk benaderbaar.
Mooi uitzicht.

Cons:

Kamer kleiner dan opgegeven, was geen 55m2.
Ondanks dat de foto’s een bad laat zien was deze er niet. Na contact bleek er geen kamer beschikbaar te zijn. Wel jammer.
