Insgesamt sehr cool, würde wiederkommen
Pros:

- Beste Aussicht aller Zeiten
- Toller Balkon mit Sitzsack
- Ultra modern
- Gute Ausstattung
- Bett war mega bequem und breit
- Sauber
- die "App" funktionierte einwandfrei
- toller Communitybereich
- Öffis direkt vor der Tür

Cons:

- Keine Lüftung im Bad
- Probleme mit dem Warmwasser (liegt aber wohl an den Stadtwerken)
- Leider einen Silberfisch im Bad gesichtet
- Es war bei der Zimmerkategorie eine Spülmaschine abgebildet, aber es gab keine (stand zwar auch nicht im Text, wie ich jetzt gesehen habe, aber ist schon etwas irreführend)
- Müllraum ließ sich nicht öffnen und telefonisch habe ich auch niemanden erreicht

Fällt aber alles nicht so ins Gewicht, dass ich es nicht nochmal buchen würde!

Pros:

Nahe am Zielort. Zimmer mit Balkon und guter Aussicht.

Cons:

130 Euro und dann eine Rohbauzimmerdecke gehen nicht. So viele Mails vom Anbieter nerven einfach nur, wichtige Infos, dass es nur kaltes Wasser gab, standen da leider nicht drin.

Ein absolut toller Ausblick auf die Skyline von Düsseldorf, man fühlt sich sofort wohl im Appartment

Cons:

Auch wenn Sie einem nichts tun, die kleinen zusätzlichen Bewohner alias Silberfische haben die perfekte Bewertung etwas getrübt.
