Ontbijt was fantastisch en de kamers waren keurig; personeel was ook zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam.

Haber verilmeden kredi kartından para çekilmesi

Konumu güzeldi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü.

Cons:

Fotoğraflarda 2 adet ikiz yatak bulunan oda için rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen önce sadece 2 kişilik yatağı olan oda verildi. 5 kişi olduğumuzu toplamda 4 yatağa nasıl sığacağımızı söyleyince ilave tekli yatak olan bir oda verildi. Normalde toplamda 5 kişilik oda rezerve etmiştik.
Odadaki sandalyeler üzerinde lekeler vardı.
Oda kartlarını teslim edip ayrıldıktan sonra bilgimiz dışında kredi kartından otel ücretinin yaklaşık % 20 kadar kartımdan ilave ücret çekilmiş.

Un bon pied à terre pour un passage à Karlsruhe
Pros:

Facile d'accès depuis la gare routière et la gare. Hôtel tout neuf avec des équipements modernes. Les espaces d'accueil agréables.
Un petit déjeuner buffet généreux.

Pros:

Kamer was schoon en netjes. Bedden lagen goed. Lokatie is top. Makkelijk te bereiken op doorreis maar ook zeer centraal voor bezoek aan de stad direct naast station. Absoluut geen geluidsoverlast van de treinen.

Cons:

Parkeerplaats in de garage moet worden gereserveerd. Kamer zou een tweepersoonsbed hebben. Het waren echter twee losse uit elkaar staande bedden.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, was mich mit meinem Hund sehr angenehm empfangen hat. Das erlebt man leider nicht häufig in Hotels, weshalb ich dafür sehr dankbar bin!
Die Fenster sind sehr schalldicht und man hört nichts vom Bahnhofsverkehr.
