Pros:

The apartment has all the basic amenities suitable for families. Location is good, near train & tram stations. The Customer Service is very responsive to our queries. Overall recommended stay.

Cons:

The lift was not functioning and we had to climbed stairs with heavy luggage

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, beim Ostfriedhof, gute S-Bahn- und Tramanbindung.

Cons:

Zuerst war das Wasser in der Dusche kalt. Das Balkonfenster liess sich nicht mehr kippen. Es war nicht besonders sauber und einige Stellen waren kaputt. Die Küche war okay, aber es gab keine grossen Teller, nur ein Weinglas und nur ein Espressoglas. Obwohl wir Late Checkout bezahlt hatten, klopfte kurz nach 11 Uhr jemand vom Personal und wollte reinigen.

The location and everything else was fine.

Cons:

The room was terribly hot, the fan wasn't working and when we complained it got a little better but then the heater in the taps wasn't working. We were burning for three days.

Pros:

Für uns als Vierköpfige Familie mit kleinen Kindern war die Bettenaufteilung super.
Auch die Küchenzeile reicht für das Nötigste.
Lage ist top. Man kann einiges zu Fuß erreichen und die Tram ist vor der Tür. Parkplatz bekommt man auch in der Nähe.

Cons:

Leider waren die Hygiene so lala. Bei Ankunft ist und im Bad ein langes schwarzes Haar an den Fließen im Bad aufgefallen (keiner von uns hat schwarze Haare). Zudem war ein bräunlicher Fleck unter der Toilette nicht weggeputzt.
Der Gummi an der Duschtüre war schon sehr verfärbt.
Wir haben außerdem 4 Motten erschlagen und vermuten es waren Lebensmittel-Motten. Mit Sicherheit wissen wir das nicht und haben zu Hause erst mal vorsorglich und gründlich Mottenbekämpfung gemacht bei allem was aus Stoff dabei war.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit waren die Vorhänge. Diese hätten das Zimmer eigentlich gut verdunkelt (bei 2 kleinen Kindern nicht unwichtig), aber es waren anstatt 4 für 2 Fenster nur 3. Es hat also einer gefehlt.

das es ein Apartment mit Küche war

Cons:

Der Aufzug war defekt, ist natürlich toll wenn man mit Kinderwagen unterwegs ist. die Zimmer Türe konnte man einfach aufdrücken, ist ein Unding, und das Duschen mit kalten Wasser ist auch nicht doll. Würde ich so nicht empfehlen.

BEWARE! False advertising, zero security, and terrible service. Do not book!
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. The best part of the entire stay was the exact moment I checked out and left.

Cons:

My one week stay at this property was an absolute nightmare. This place practices pure false advertising. I booked a "Standard Studio," which explicitly specified a "1 double bed (131 to 150 cm wide)" on the floor. Upon arrival, they forced me into a completely different room layout: a loft/bunk bed setup with a cramped mattress on top (impossible for two people to sleep or move) and a tiny convertible armchair underneath. Even though their own listings show these are completely different categories, management refused to acknowledge it.
Security is non-existent. There are scaffolds set up outside with zero construction work happening, giving anyone from the street direct access to the room windows. We had to keep our windows locked the entire week out of fear. Furthermore, the main entrance door to the building does not latch and remains wide open day and night, allowing anyone to walk inside.
The room itself was highly uncomfortable. The pillows felt like they were filled with air; your head sinks straight onto the mattress, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To top it off, the bathroom sink was missing its drain cover, leaving a huge hole where toothbrushes or jewelry could easily drop into the pipes.
Customer service is deceitful. After Booking.com intervened on May 13th, a room change was promised for May 16th. When the day came, the co-host Bulat and supervisor Paloma simply went back on their word, claimed they knew nothing about it, and stated "nothing could be done." Looking at other reviews, this is a recurring scam they pull on guests. Save yourself the headache and money do not stay here!

Throughout the entire stay, I was constantly looking for a solution, proactively reaching out and speaking with both the property and Booking.com at all times. Unfortunately, in the end, nothing was resolved.
