Muss nicht nochmal sein

Das Personal beim Check in war sehr höflich

Cons:

Die trockene Luft im Zimmer, keine Klimaanlage, es gibt einen Kühlschrank aber der kühlt die Getränke nicht

It was third time in 3 years I've stayed here. And in general I love this place - location is great, rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, staff is very welcoming and helpful - they allowed earlier check-in and change of room, because in the initial one fridge was not working. However...

Cons:

... I must say that the comunal facilities have become worse with every year :( Some small items (spoons, cups, etc.) missing from kitchens, most of the time there are dirty dishes in the kitchen, even though there is dish washer.
I mean, for shorter stay it is pretty much fine and quite ok value for money. But if you need somewhere to stay for longer than 3 days, I'd probably look for something else :(

Schlimmster Aufenthalt

Cons:

Wir haben das hotel nur gewählt weil unser "comfort hotel" ausgebucht war. Großer Fehler. Auch Stunden nachdem der Check in beginnt ist der self check in nicht aufgefüllt mit Zimmer karten zum aufladen. Kein Personal irgendwo zum ansprechen. Kaum aus dem aufzug raus roch es wie im katzenklo. Im Zimmer selbst roch es nicht besser. Der Teppich hatte Flecken. Die Wände hatten Flecken. Haare im Badezimmer und Bett. Absolut ekelhaft. Nie wieder

Für eine Nacht auszuhalten, man sollte nichts erwarten.
Pros:

Lage für ein Konzert in der Batschkapp perfekt, das war’s aber auch schon.

Cons:

Ultra warm, keine Klimaanlage. Keine Küche im Zimmer, Gemeinschaftsküchen komplett verdreckt.

Naja war okay

Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm.

Cons:

Unsere schlüsselkarte konnte nicht generiert werden. Über die handy app konnten wir nur die Zimmer Tür öffnen. Weder den Eingang noch der Fahrstuhl war für uns somit nutzbar

isappointing stay – completely sleepless night
I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel if you value a good night's sleep. My room was incredibly hot, and the hotel has absolutely no infrastructure or cooling systems in place to manage the temperature. Out of desperation, I kept the window open all night, but the room stayed stiflingly hot, and the loud outside noise made it completely impossible to sleep. I ended up staying awake the entire night. Very disappointed.

Lage gut.

Cons:

Kein Personal vor Ort. Kurtaxe diverse Mal bezahlt, da immer wieder Fehler im System, sowohl vorab als auch vor Ort. App Hotelbird richtig schlecht. Check in anstrengend, da Zimmer später als vereinbart zur Verfügung standen. Nach langer Anreise und ohne Personal zur Klärung fürchterlich umständlich. Laut Hotelangaben Getränke und Snackautomaten vorhanden. Einer davon aber defekt und alle ausgeräumt und komplett leer gewesen während des kompletten Aufenthaltes.

Das Online-Einchecken war recht kompliziert. Im Zimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Es war sehr heiss und stickig. Auf die Anfrage, ob in der zweiten Nacht ein Ventilator dazugestellt werden könnte, kam keine Antwort. Unsere Kinder hatten in ihrem Zimmer einen Ventilator.
