Cons:

كانت إقامتي ممتازة بشكل عام، ولكن للأسف كانت تجربتي سلبية فيما يتعلق باسترجاع مبلغ التأمين. غادرت الفندق بتاريخ 20/08/2026، وحتى تاريخ 17/09/2026 لم يتم استرجاع مبلغ التأمين.

تواصلت مع الفندق عدة مرات منذ تاريخ المغادرة وحتى اليوم للاستفسار عن المبلغ، ولكن دون استرجاعه حتى الآن أو الحصول على حل واضح للموضوع.

أتمنى من إدارة الفندق الاهتمام بهذا

الأمر وتحسين آلية وسرعة استرجاع مبالغ التأمين للنزلاء.

Enjoyable stay to explore Munich from.
Pros:

Amazing room and club area. Run very spacious. Cracking gym area. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were unfortunately not comfortable in the slightest. The air con was apparently set to its lowest at 19 degrees and didn’t seem to make much difference but it stopped working the first night any way.

حجزت للمره الثانيه هنا و سأكرر الزياره بالفعل في كل مره ، طاقم العمل ودودين ومتعاونين جداً ، كان من المفترض تسجيل الخروج عند الساعه 12 لكن عندما اخبرتهم ان رحلتي ستكون ليلاً تم تمديد وقت الخروج الى الساعه 3 ، كل الشكر الى طاقم الاستقبال على اخلاقهم الكريمه وتعاونهم ، كانت زياره رائعه و استثنائية 💯

Excellent stay and service
Pros:

It’s new, fresh, good room facility with new design. The Italian restaurant is excellent, the rooms are clean, air conditioning is excellent. All in all is value for money and excellent.

Cons:

Slow check in and check out. Too much data entry at check in and they didn’t remember to mentioned my company name and address upon check out receipt so had to wait for data entry. I think the check in and out can be faster.
