Angenehmer Aufenthalt in guter Umgebung.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel with a fresh, modern, and trendy atmosphere. The property is clearly quite new and well maintained. The rooftop bar is a great addition and offers a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the views.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room did not work. After we complained, we were given a different room, but the air conditioning there did not work either. We were then brushed off by management, who argued that the hotel had a central cooling system and that we were not supposed to touch the air conditioning controls. They even suggested that if the room was too warm, we should simply open a window. This was both very disappointing and quite remarkable.

Moreover, the room was located on the street side of the hotel, and due to the heavy traffic noise it was impossible to keep the window open comfortably.

Because the hotel was very busy and quite large, it was extremely difficult to find a table at breakfast. There was also no staff member present to manage seating or assist guests.

The rooms are nicely furnished, but considering the price charged by the hotel, they are on the small side.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr nettes Ambiente, die tolle Lage und das nette Personal.
Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Für “Nur-Übernachtung”- Gäste fehlt ein Kaffee-/Teeangebot.
Eine Tasse Kaffee an der Bar kostet €4,-

In der Dusche fehlt eine Ablage.

Für nen Tagesausflug nach Hamburg 100% das richtige Hotel. Zimmer sind nur etwas klein, dafür aber super ordentlich

Super Bar, super aufgeräumt ein Aufenthalt macht Spaß!

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren etwas klein, aber sonst ein super Hotel!

Enttäuschend
Pros:

Die Nähe zur U-Bahn Station ist und direkte Lage im Hamburger Hafengebiet ist sehr angenehm.
Das Frühstücke war reichhaltig.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern sowie das Verhalten vermittelt sehr stark das der Gast nur Mittel zum Zwecke ist und eher bei der Arbeit stört.
