Der Ort

Cons:

Nachdem mir beim Duschen der Duschkopf aufgrund der defekten Halterung auf den Fuß fiel und ich nur noch mit Schmerzen humpeln konnte, schrieb ich eine Mängelrüge, die bis heute nicht beantwortet wurde. Ausser der netten Reinigungskraft war Niemand erreichbar. Da mir meine Gesundheit am Herzen liegt, gehe ich nie mehr in diese "Unterkunft".

Cons:

Das notwendige Buchungsportal und dessen Nichtfunktion was man brauchte, um sich ein- bzw. auszuloggen.Mir sind damit drei Tage verdorben worden.Ich würde dieses Haus, sollte dieses nicht funktionierende Portal bestehen bleiben, meiden.

Kein Check-in möglich, keine Erreichbarkeit des Betreibers und dadurch mitten in der Nacht gezwungen, ein anderes Hotel

Leider konnten wir die Unterkunft aufgrund des nicht möglichen Check-ins überhaupt nicht nutzen. Daher können wir hierzu keine positiven Erfahrungen nennen.

Cons:

Trotz telefonischer Nachfrage am Check-in-Tag um 16:47 Uhr und der Zusicherung, dass der Check-in per Smartphone möglich sei und uns der Zugangscode noch zugeschickt werde, erhielten wir keinen Zugangscode. Bei unserer Ankunft gegen 23:00 Uhr war niemand erreichbar. Wir haben mehrfach versucht, den Betreiber telefonisch zu kontaktieren und standen etwa 1,5 Stunden vor der Unterkunft. Erst am nächsten Morgen wurden die Zugangsdaten verschickt – zu spät. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass uns anschließend die Schuld für das fehlende Einchecken gegeben wurde, obwohl wir uns nachweislich rechtzeitig informiert hatten.

Nice place and lovely small historical town

Cons:

Not preciouse information about parking; no information that you will get just electronical key in your mobile and staff in the restaurant had no information and no link with the owners of hotel's room; a lot of e-mail communication before/after the stay which is time consuming and not comfortable when driving

Die Aufenthaltsräume waren versperrt.
