Außen hui, beim Frühstück pfui: Massive Hygienemängel im Service
Pros:

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gut, die Zimmer sind sauber und nett eingerichtet.

Cons:

Dem Haus fehlt die Finesse und der Stil, den man in dieser Preisklasse erwartet.
Was leider überhaupt nicht geht, ist das Frühstück:

1. Völlige Überforderung: Das Personal ist extrem gestresst, der Raum unorganisiert und die Speisenaufbewahrung chaotisch.

2. Massiver Hygienemangel: Tische werden nicht rechtzeitig abgeräumt. Zudem wurde mit einem Lappen, der im Sektkühler aufbewahrt wurde, erst der Tisch und dann der Boden gewischt. Das Wasser im Sektkühler wurde während unserer Frühstückszeit nicht ausgetauscht, sondern es wurden mehrere Tische plus Boden damit gewischt.

Schade – das Hotel hat Substanz, aber der Service beim Frühstück zieht den Gesamteindruck massiv nach unten.

Schade dass man nach der Übernachtung und dem Frühstück keinen kostenlosen Zugang zur Poollandschaft mehr hat. Wir waren leider etwas spät angereist und hofften die Poollandschaft dafür noch am Vormittag / Mlttagszeit nutzen zu können.

Top verblijf, zelfs voor 1 nacht maar hebben we volop genoten van ons verblijf.
Pros:

Mooie stijl, schoon, goede faciliteiten (zwembaden en gym). Goed restaurant en top ontbijt!

Trés bien comme pour la 3 ième fois
Pros:

Nous sommes venu pour la troisiéme fois, trés content de l'hôtel. Cependant c'est la premiére fois que nous avons eu un accueil si non-professionnel.

A place to be for relaxation and spend a good time
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with specious rooms and excellent spa facilities.
The saunas of the hotel were great. There were large selection of tees to drink before going into the saunas and relaxing rooms.
The roof top bar was also well designed and pleasant. Maybe the lights there have to be dimmed.
Last but not least, the breakfast was amazing...
