Personeel was erg vriendelijk

Veel stof in kamer , heb last van allergie en zag dat deze kamer hypoallergeen was maar was vol stof , heb hele nacht wakker gelegen van de allergie

Inside - Der Name ist Program... Nachts auf einmal Fremde "inside" deines Hotelzimmers

Die Türverrieglung meines Zimmers scheint defekt zu sein. Letzte Nacht um ca. 1.00 Uhr wurde ich vom Piepen des Türschlosses wach, als jemand versuchte in mein Zimmer zu kommen. Beim Vorhalten einer Karte durch den Fremden reagierte das System mit mehrmaligen Piepen (falsche Karte). Ich hatte die Tür auch von innen abgesperrt. Die Tür ging dann aber trotzdem auf und ein Fremder stand bei mir im Zimmer mit in der Nacht. Ohne was zu sagen ist der dann wieder verschwunden...

Als ich am morgen die Rezeption darauf hingewiesen hab, dass die Türschlösser wohl defekt sind, bekam ich nur die Antwort, dass sich wohl jemand verirrt hätte. Das war offensichtlich so, aber trotzdem sollte das defekte Schloss untersucht werden. Das wurde von der Rezeption nicht so verstanden/aufgefasst. Inside... Nachts auf einmal Fremde inside deines Hotelzimmers...

Perfekt.
Pros:

Frühstück hervorragend.

Cons:

"Checkin" über PC ist verbesserungswürdig. Personal ist aber nach 10 Minuten erschienen und hat das persönlich gemacht.

Cons:

De kussens waren voor mij persoonlijk veel te zacht. En de gordijnen mogen meer naar het venster, zodat er minder licht in de kamer komt.

Pros:

Das Frühstücks Buffet war sehr gut und wurde durch das Personal stets aufgefüllt.
Alles war Frisch und sehr 😋
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch das Badezimmer war sher geräumig. Der BAlkon war riesig und hätte bei normalen Sommertemperaturen zum verweilen eingeladen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Zum Statdzentrum ist es nur ca. 3min Fußweg.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ( Delux) hatte keine Klimaanlage oder Belüftung. Wegen der großen Hitze konnte die Balkontür nicht geöffnetw erden. Der schnell zur Verfügung gestellte Ventilator war für den großen und bereitsaufgeheizten Raum nicht ausreichend.
Deswegen gibte es leider auch kein "Außergewöhnlich" in der Bewertung

Pros:

De kamer was keurig ingericht (één-persoonskamer) met ruime badkamer. Het was alleen erg warm (33 graden) dus airco had wel lekker geweest. Ontvangst van Nederlandse TV (zo dicht bij de grens) had ik eerlijk gezegd wel verwacht.
Het ontbijt was echt super!
