Schlaflose Nächte unweit der Bahnschienen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind dem Standard entsprechend ordentlich.

Cons:

Eine Seite des Hotels liegt direkt neben der Bahnschiene. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Wir wurden weder vorgewarnt, noch wurde die besondere Ausrichtung der Zimmer bei booking angegeben.
Ein Ausweichzimmer konnte uns aufgrund von Überbuchung nicht angeboten werden. Horror.

Disappointing with unhelpful & rude staff.
Pros:

Was in a good location and near a train station.

Cons:

Upon arriving late at night, found the doors to be locked and nobody around. Called the number on the door which just rang out… twice… stood there worried for 10mins knocking on windows etc. before someone appeared and let us in. Not very sympathetic or apologetic & told us they had to finish something first so we stood there at midnight waiting awkwardly. Also were charged extra for a 3rd person despite being having stated before they were coming and no extra charge was mentioned since I’d already booked a big enough room for 3. Told this would be looked into to refund but then nothing happened. Rooms were basic but fine although one duvet was covered in stains and bathroom had dirt on shower wall. Second night we woke at 1am to pouring water coming out of the air con unit onto the shelving and onto the floor/into our bags! When we complained we were told ‘it wasn’t just us’ and it was an electric problem and the whole floor above was also affected. Were there for a competition and it really disturbed our sleep and rushed us in morning having to move bags out to move rooms. No sympathy. Despite it not being just us, it shouldn’t have happened to anyone and should’ve been offered some compensation. Told when we returned from competition bags would be in new room for us. Came back and again they were ‘busy doing something’ so we stood around waiting. They then gave us new key cards, again made out like it wasn’t their fault our electric air con unit was gushing water in the middle of the night. And handed us out bags to move ourself. New room had sticky floor but we just gave up and settled for the final night. Overall very disappointed and would’ve expected more sympathy or compensation for all we experienced - but staff just couldn’t care less! Such a shame.

Gute Lage - Ruhige umgebung - großes bezahlbares Parkhaus in der Nähe
Pros:

Die Lage am "Gleisdreick" is hervorragend - U-Bahnlinien in alle Richtungen.
Wir haben ein Upgrade in den 7.Stock mit Balkon bekommen - daher waren wir mit dem Zimmer natürlich sehr zufrieden.

Poor staff - avoid.
Cons:

Staff were incredibly rude at breakfast. Shouted at guests that there were only 15 minutes left when they arrived. At 10.30 - 4 staff members came outside, sat down, and put a speaker on at full volume. Main guy had a cap and glasses and spoke rudely to guests and glared at anybody getting any food or drink. Sort your staff out as they are unprofessional.

Good stay, recommended
Pros:

The location is pretty good, the Ubahn stop is close and from there you’re quite fast everywhere. The staff is nice. The room has good noise isolation, with windows closed you barely heard anything.

Cons:

To reach the hotel you need to cross the part and at night it’s quite dark. The room doesn’t have a fridge. The shower is big, but the bathroom is small.

Großes Zimmer und super Frühstück

Cons:

Zimmer waren trotz gekippten Fenster teilweise sehr stickig. Lüftung hat nicht richtig funktioniert... Sonst war alles in Ordnung. :)

Very nearly excellent.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, it offered a good choice of foods to suit all tastes.

Cons:

We had a very enjoyable stay, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, probably the only complaint I have was the weather which in this case was a double edged sword, we could not have asked for better weather during our stay it was absolutely beautiful however, the A/C in our room did not work, so the nights were very uncomfortable. Ordinarily that wouldn't have bothered us at all, but given the temperatures during the day (and night), we really struggled to sleep, any other time and it wouldn't have been a problem, but on this visit it was. Other than that we still had a very enjoyable stay.
