Ein modernes Hotel
Pros:

Ein modernes gut ausgestattetes Hotel, in dem es an nichts fehlte. Gute Lage, zu Fuß kommt man sch ell zur Altstadt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstücksbüfett.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist zwar schön, aber auch „seelenlos”, hat keinen Flair.
Die Toiletten haben etwa die Höhe von Kindergartentoiletten, warum das? Bequem, aber nicht billig ist das Parkhaus im Untergeschoss.

Clean, spacious rooms just steps away from the historical city center.
Pros:

Perfect location just outside the old city center.
Clean rooms, enough space for bags and clothes. Aircondition in the rooms.

Cons:

Poor meny at the roof top bar (but the view was great).
Access to the parking garage is very low, not possible to get in with roof top box on your car (maximum height for the garage 2m), especially if you have a big SUV. But, we are very grateful for the help from the personnel to solve our parking issue.

Pros:

Very nice hotel, fresh and clean. Also as a tourist with a German partner, so good to have breakfast at the hotel, with laugen-bread (like bretzel but in bun-shape), bratwurst, and the sweet breakfast bread "hefezopf"! Also: good location with just a few minutes walk to must-see-spots in Esslingen, and to nice restaurants and cafés. Also close to the Merkels swimmingpool, from 1907, what a beautiful experience! + for parking garage just underneath the hotel.

Cons:

Could have stayed longer :)

Lage und Frühstück gut, Nachtruhestörungen durch die Hotelbar
Pros:

Altstadt, Fußgängerzone und Burg sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Wir haben statt dem gebuchten Superior Doppelzimmer ein Vier-Bett-Zimmer in dieser Kategorie erhalten. Die Bewegungsfläche war dadurch stark eingeschränkt. Wegen einer Nacht haben wir uns nicht beschwert. Das Zimmer war über der Bar, in welcher an einem Mittwochabend bis 23.15 Uhr laute Partymusik gespielt wurde. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass das Bett in einer Disco steht. Besonders störend waren die betrunkenen und grölenden Hotelgäste im Außenbereich des Hotels.
