Trotzdem gerne wieder
Pros:

Sauber, neuwertig, gutes Frühstück!

Cons:

Unpersönlich, Rezeption auch zu ausgewiesenen Zeiten während meines Aufenthaltes nicht besetzt. Das ist schade.

The service was not very easy because there was nobody there to assist us. The information provided was also not very clear. We arrived without having had this kind of experience before, so the process was a bit confusing. Nevertheless, we managed to complete the payment and collect the keys.
