Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer für drei Personen gebucht und wir durften zwar früher einchecken, aber das Zustellbett war bis Abend nicht vorbereitet. Nach einer Anfrage wurde erst das Bett gemacht.

My overall experience was good, and the location was extremely convenient.

Specially the gym was very badly managed, with no towels, no water and equipment had missing parts.

Guter Aufenthalt mit kleinen Möngeln.
Pros:

Zimmer geräumig und modern, gute Lage. Das Frühstück. Die Dame im Frühstücksraum war sehr zuvorkommend.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Location. Surprisingly good breakfast. Morning staff was polite and welcoming, and spoke English.
Room was clean.
Would I come back? No. If I knew how bad it is in general, I would have booked a different hotel.
Also I was staying in Novotel in Poland and had a great experience.

Cons:

Evening waiting staff in restaurant: except for a man, the two waitresses were borderline rude and indifferent, no smile Nobody seemed to speak English, they were switching to German all the time which luckily I can speak a little.

Bed was narrow and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Chairs were weird and similarly uncomfortable. There was only one bottle of water.

Food in the restaurant was very bland. No wonder the restaurant was nearly empty.

Für alle Menschen geeignet außer für Geschäftsreisende
Cons:

Nicht wirklich für Geschäftsreisende gedacht; kein Schreibtisch vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist zwar durchgestylt, aber warum gibt es unter dem TV nur eine minimalistische Ablage? Die hätte für die Nutzung eines Notebooks auch größer ausfallen können. Nicht jeder ist nur mit einem pad unterwegs....
