Charmantes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Charmantes Hotel in bester Lage zur Innenstadt, auch vom Hbf fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Art Deco Style hat mir gut gefallen. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, das für zwei Nächte vollkommen ausreichend war. Die Klimaanlage war ein echter Segen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Cons:

Die Rezeption war tagsüber oft nicht besetzt, man musste lange warten, bis jemand kam. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und mehrere Lampen haben stark geflackert.
Das Frühstück wurde nachträglich dazu gebucht und war meiner Meinung nach mit 20 Euro viel zu teuer.

Großer Wasserschaden im Zimmer, Licht im Bad ging nicht, permanenter Pfeifton im Zimmer. Mängel konnten nicht gemeldet werden, da Rezeption 2 Tage lang nicht besetzt war.

Pros:

Lage ist sehr Zentral. Einrichtung der Zimmer ist gut.

Cons:

Der Flur und der Fahrstuhl waren verdreckt. Es scheint kein Reinigungspersonal zu geben.
Rezeption war nicht besetzt.
Neben dem Hotel fand eine sehr laute Party vom Karnevalsverein statt. Biss 3 h morgens konnte man nicht schlafen.

Die schlimmste Hotelerfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe.

UPDATE: Enorme Sicherheitsbedenken: Es gab keinen Zimmerschlüssel, Zimmernummer und Code wurden mir auf einem Zettel übergeben. Im Aufzug hatte ich den Zettel noch in der Hand, um die Etagennummer zu prüfen. Zu spät bemerkte ich, dass hinter mir ein Mann steht und auf meinen Zettel starrt. Er hatte sein Handy gezückt und hätte mit den Informationen jederzeit nachts mein Zimmer betreten können. Unfassbar, dass das Hotel auch im Nachhinein meint, dass dies nicht relevant ist und mit Sicherheitsbedenken alleinreisender Frauen derart umgeht. Die Antwort unter meiner Rezension ist eine bodenlose Frechheit.

Vor allem, weil das Zimmer enorm verdreckt war: Haare, Staub, Stockflecken, eine dreckige Toilette und schmutzige Bettlaken. Es war absolut ekelhaft (siehe Bilder). Auf meine Bitte, ein neues Zimmer zu erhalten, hat der Rezeptionist behauptet, es wären keine Zimmer mehr frei, obwohl diese online noch buchbar gewesen wären. Er schrieb mir eine nicht erreichbare Handynummer des Managements auf und ließ mich danach trotz vorhandener bezahlter Buchung stehen. Das war unglaublich. Es war schon mach 19:00 Uhr und ich musste mir noch am selben Abend ein neues Hotel suchen. Ich bin immer noch schockiert über dieses Erlebnis.

Much better than expected but definitely room for improvement especially from the cleaning crew.
Pros:

Hotel room was much nicer than expected, I was concerned because of the 6.6 rating but it exceeded my expectations. Room was really big and had air conditioning!

Cons:

One of the lights was not working, bottles and cans from the previous guests were still in the room. House keeping came at 9.30ish which was fine because I was already awake and ready to leave but if you’re not prepared he was ready to come in… He also waited outside until I left.

Проснулись в 4 часа утра из-за шума, сначала орали какие-то гости, потом кто-то громко говорил по телефону прям в окно, после этого начались какие-то супружеские разборки и крики. Спать было невозможно, отдохнуть не получилось. Правило Nachtruhe тут не работает. Видимо, это в порядке вещей, администрация и не собирается что-то с этим делать.

В номере душно, окна выходили на внутренний дворик, воздуха мало, благо кондиционер спасал.

Пыльные шторы, фен, поломанный пульт, в ванной чьи-то черные волосы, не убрано как следует. В номере находился нерабочий холодильник, но его в списке удобств не было.

В общем, один день переночевать можно, если очень надо, и только в берушах, на дольше я бы не остался

Pros:

De locatie is prima. Je bent binnen 2 minuten lopend in het centrum. Wij hadden een grote kamer met twee badkamers. Grappig. Er was wel veel lawaai door de tram die in alle vroegte al rijdt en door schreeuwende mensen op straat omdat Marokko een WK-wedstrijd speelde. Los daarvan was het een mooie en comfortabele kamer.

Cons:

Een iets stillere kamer was mooi geweest.

Pros:

The decor and architect is pretty amazing. It is almost like visiting a museum. The courtyard is just lovely.
It's all slightly old-fashioned but kept very clean and all in all, has quite a personality- a real grand style hotel.
