Pros:

Pulito e confortevole, fornito anche di acqua thè e caffè di cortesia.

Cons:

Tutto gestito automaticamente, anche il remind quando arriva l'ora di andarsene, quasi una spinta fuori!

Bastante decepcionante

Uno de las grandes motivos de reservar en este apartamento era porque tenía ascensor, resultó que nos ubicaron en un apartamento al que se accedia solo a través de escaleras. tubimos que cargar una maleta de 20 kilos entre dos personas por las escaleras.
Por otro lado en esos días hizo mucho calor y el apartamento solo estaba provisto de solo un pequeño ventilador portatil que no excedia los 25 cms de tamaño.
Por último reservamos un apartamento para 3 personas pero la tercera persona tuvo que dormir en una butaca/cama que de cama no tenia nada porque nisiquiera tenía colchón, era super incomoda y dura.

Terrible. Avoid. Steer clear. It was over priced. The room smelled funny - like old moldy cleaning product. The shower was a hole with mold behind the silicone with old curtains looking like a hospital from the 70s. Not what you would expect for a 175€ a night. The balcony is shared with the apartments next door. We opened the door and the neighbour was on the balcony right in front of us. Hence, completely UNSAFE for single women. Only a sliding door between you and some random guy hanging around on the balcony. If you want privacy, you have to draw the curtains and sit in darkness. There was loud music playing from nesrby apartments. No reception to complain to. We immediately left after 15 minutes and checked in at the Hilton for 205€. The Hilton is a real hotel with reception where the room is new and smells nice with total privacy and no noise. We got free parking at the Hilton meaning it is identically priced. For this property you have to park in a nearby parking where you have to pay. Don’t waste your time and ruin your stay. Book at a real hotel for the same price. I sent the property a complaint and never got a reply. They deserve a bad rating. Please be warned.

-Die Lage

Cons:

Unser Apartment lag im 5. Stock. Es war extrem heiß, da den ganzen Nachmittag über die Sonne hinein scheint, da haben auch die Verdunkelungsvorhänge und ein kleiner Ventilator kaum geholfen.
Bei unserer Ankunft war es im Zimmer sauber, aber Balkon war eine einzige Müll- und Zigarettenkippe, und voller Unkraut.
Die Schlafcouch war durchgelesen und hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht.
Die kleine Küche war funktionsfähig und okay.
Alles weitere Mobiliar auch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Im Bad war alles renovierungsbedürftig, und die Dusche war verkalkt und konnte nur "Kärchermodus".

Das Apartment ist für Düsseldorfer Verhältnisse bezahlbar für die Lage, inklusive war auch Nervenkitzel beim Aufzugfahren, sogar mit stecken bleiben zwischen 4. und 5. Stock.

Personal ist nicht vor Ort, außer vormittags Reinigungspersonal, das aber weder deutsch noch englisch spricht. Mein Eidruck ist, das ehemalige Hotel wird mit minimalem Aufwand/Einsatz betrieben und runtergerockt, bis es wirklich nicht mehr geht.
Werde nicht mehr dort "absteigen"...
