Geen privebalkon,overlast, geen beddengoed , te weinig linnengoed daarna gekregen, tafel was kapot en heel benauwd binnen, lift kapot

Location is ok .... pretty sure the building was run something like the redlight district

Didnt feel safe there. Paper thin walls. Strange men always in and out. Female solo travelling beware.

Overall, the quality was average.
Pros:

Good location, really nearby to all the things we wanted to see. 15 mins walk (or 3 tram stops) from central station.

Cons:

The floor was really dirty when we arrived and the sofa bed was broken. Our studio was located nearby the lift and it was disaster! The lift is so loud… We could hear every person using the lift, and it woke us up during the night whenever someone used it. This definitely needs to be fixed.
It was also disappointing that, for a three-night stay for two people in the studio, only four coffee capsules were provided instead of six (enough for two people to have coffee each morning). As a result, we couldn’t enjoy a coffee every morning. There is nobody at the location to ask for more.
In addition, one of the bedside lights wasn’t working, and the shower fixture was loose and not properly attached to the wall.

Personel çok ilgili ve yardımsever. Her soruma olumlu yanıt verdiler ve taleplerimi oldukça hızlı bir şekilde gerçekleştirdiler
Fiyat/performans olarak da gayet güzel bir yer

Cons:

Sokaktan ve bina içerisinden çok ses geliyor. Bu da uyku konusunda zorluk yaşamama sebep oldu.
