Заменить белье постельное. Пусть не дорогое, но целое и без пятен.
Pros:

Приветливый персонал. Готовы общаться по онлайн переводчику, заинтересованы в решении всех вопросов. Утюжку вещей произвели даже вечером. Запах при входе в отель приятный.

Cons:

Не могу сказать, что не пониавилось, пришлось просить третий комплект спального белья , подушку и полотенце. Номер был оформлен на троих. Устаревшее постельное белье.

Pros:

Место хорошее, близко к набережной и в целом рядом прекрасные заведения. Если конечно не нужно ехать в центр.

Cons:

Изначально хотел поставить выше оценку, но по кровати ползали муравьи, это просто дурдом. Также сигаретами пахнет 24/7, для меня не проблема, но запах стоит стабильно.

It was disappointing

I chose this hotel solely because of its proximity to Acıbadem Hospital, as I was traveling with my child for medical reasons. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

Every night, loud sexual noises and pornographic sounds could be clearly heard from the neighboring room. The noise was extremely disturbing and completely inappropriate for a hotel that accommodates families and children. Instead of feeling comfortable and safe, the atmosphere felt more like that of an adult establishment than a family-friendly hotel.

The cleanliness standards were also unacceptable. The furniture was dirty, the bed linen did not appear to be properly maintained, and there was no adequate housekeeping service. During my entire six-night stay, the room was never cleaned, and the towels were never replaced.

Due to my medical circumstances and the need to remain close to the hospital, changing hotels was not a realistic option. Otherwise, I would have left much earlier.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children. Based on my experience, the management needs to address both the noise issues and the basic standards of cleanliness and housekeeping. This stay was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected.
