At time of check in, staff regretted to offer room due to renovation work, and offered to compensate in nearby hotel at same cost. He then taken us to that hotel through his own car, which was of same standards. The review is for Rozza Hotel

Nothing is good. The overall condition of the hotel is unacceptable.

Cons:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to make a serious complaint about the conditions of my stay.

There are several problems that need to be addressed urgently:

* There is no electricity in my room, and I am unable to use the electrical outlets.
* There are many cockroaches/insects in the room and around the breakfast area, which is very unhygienic.
* There is a mouse in the kitchen, near the breakfast buffet. This is a serious hygiene and health concern.
* There is a water leak from the toilet into the ceiling/roof, which is causing damage and is clearly not acceptable.
* The general condition of the facilities is not satisfactory.

I have attached photos as evidence of these problems.

Hotel Otağı çok beyendik. Fiyatına göre müdhiş deneyimdi. Yeniden gelince seçimimiz Hotel Otağ olucak. Özellikle receptionda olan Wudi çok teşekkürler, çok yardımcı oldunuz❤️🥰 kahvaltısı güzel, hergün oda temizleniyordu. Herşey için teşekkürler🌸
