Ottima posizione, staff eccezionale e camere super attrezzate
Pros:

La posizione è eccellente: l'hotel si trova nella zona di Lara, a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalle cascate di Düden. Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, farmacie, ristoranti, caffetterie e tutti i servizi necessari. Le fermate degli autobus sono a due passi e permettono di raggiungere facilmente sia il centro di Antalya che le spiagge, pagando comodamente con AntalyaKart o direttamente con carta o telefono contactless.
Le camere sono spaziose, moderne e dotate di tutto ciò che serve: frigorifero con freezer, microonde, bollitore, lavatrice e stendino. Sono comfort che abbiamo utilizzato ogni giorno e che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più pratico.
Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione e la cena è stata davvero ottima. Il menù è à la carte e abbiamo provato diversi piatti, dalla carne alla pasta, dai wrap alla pizza: tutto molto buono, con porzioni abbondanti e ingredienti di qualità.
Lo staff è sempre stato estremamente gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con gli asciugamani, ma è bastato avvisare la reception e ce li hanno portati subito in camera. Anche la piscina, pur essendo piccola, è ben tenuta ed è piacevole per rilassarsi

Cons:

L'unico vero punto migliorabile è la colazione. È molto ricca per chi preferisce il salato, ma offre pochissima scelta per chi, come noi italiane, ama una colazione dolce. Sarebbe bello trovare qualche torta in più o anche dei semplici croissant. Anche i succhi di frutta potrebbero essere di qualità migliore, perché risultano piuttosto diluiti, e sarebbe utile mettere a disposizione anche il latte caldo, che al momento non è disponibile.
Infine, amplierei un po' anche la scelta dei dolci a cena: quello proposto è molto buono, ma essendo sempre lo stesso, dopo qualche giorno diventa un po' ripetitivo.

Cons:

Постоянно летают самолеты над головой.
В номере есть полноценная кухня, но ни чего нет для того что бы готовить, посудомойка есть но таблетки, соль и тд видно нужно с собой привозить.
На завтрак нужно ходить с утра , если прийти к 9 половина блюд может отсутствовать

L'emplacement était pas mal car assez excentré afin de pouvoir trouver une place très facilement dans la rue de l'hôtel, juste à côté du parc de Duden waterfalls.
L'appartement était confortable mais beaucoup d'éléments sont erronés dans le descriptif...
Le petit déjeuner était bien.

Cons:

L'appartement est vendu avec un lit double et un lit canapé alors qu'en réalité c'est un canapé standard où ils posent des draps dessus.
Nous avons dû demander un second matelas posé au sol pour notre second enfant.
Nous étions 4 et uniquement 2 petites bouteilles d'eau pendant nos 3 jours dans l'hôtel, je trouve ça inadmissible sachant que l'eau du robinet n'est pas potable... (Et nous avons bien évidemment demandé à en avoir plus).
Nous avons retrouvé une visseuse dans notre chambre à la fin de la première journée, ce qui veut dire que quelqu'un est venu dans notre chambre sans qu'on nous en ai informé.
Et pour finir, sur l'annonce, il est écrit qu'il y a un parking privatif pour l'hôtel mais finalement rien, heureusement comme je le disais en point positif c'est assez excentré du centre donc il y a de la place dans la rue. Q

Pros:

The hotel has a great location, very close to the waterfall and the park. There is also a very nice cafe across the road that we really enjoyed visiting.

The rooms are comfortable and practical: there is an elevator, a washing machine in the room, and enough space to wash and dry clothes. The climate control in the rooms worked very well, which was especially important in Antalya.

Overall, we had a very good impression. Another lovely detail was that a cat came to our door, and we could even feed him. It made the stay feel very warm and charming.

Cons:

The main downside was the sound insulation: we could hear some noise from outside or from other parts of the building.

Also, both shower cabins had some issues with water. We stayed in two different rooms. In one room, the floor in the shower seemed to be sloped away from the drain, so water collected and did not go down properly. In the other room, the drain worked too slowly, so if you showered for a longer time or used stronger water pressure, the water started to overflow from the shower cabin. We had to either make pauses and wait for the water to drain, or use lower water pressure.

We was only there a week but it was good enough
Pros:

It was very modern , pool was small but nice , it’s in good location for shops etc

Cons:

The rooms wasn’t very clean , I found someone else shower gel in our bathroom open , and I don’t think beds sofa etc has ever been cleaned underneath
