Right where you need to be.
Pros:

Excellent facilities, spacious bedroom, living area / kitchen and bathroom. Secure access. Great location for walking and accessing public transport. Terrific air conditioning. Clothes washing machine easy to use. Proximity to restaurants and mini mart.

Perfect location for exploring historical sites in Istanbul.
Pros:

It is a very cute accommodation with what we felt innovative and modern design. It was well equipped with a large bathroom and above average size shower cabin. Kitchenette had all the basics for eating in if required. The property is particularly well located, a stone throw from Galata bridge, tram stops and taxi station. Perfect location for exploring historical sites. Also plenty of restaurants in all directions. Elif, the host, was super responsive. Note though that everything is done "digitally", there was no physical contact or physical keys to the property.

Cons:

We found it was good we had earplugs as the sound of an early morning prayer from the next-door Mosque could be a bit disruptive to light sleepers. And we missed having good scissors in the kitchenette.

We had to cancel but even though they booked the rooms, were not willing to give partial refund
Pros:

The location appears fine but we had to cancel and never were able to stay.

Cons:

We had to late cancel for a 4night stay. And requested a partial refund for the last night. Even though they rebooked the room, they did not consider even 1 night refund. I understand the first night and was fine to compromise in the total, but double booking was not I think fair without some refund.sometimes plans change unexpectedly and I understand covering the hotel loss but then to book the rooms with no refund I felt was not a fair transaction.

Pros:

La grandeur de la chambre un vrai atout, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est top, juste a coter des stations de Karaköy et Tünel et du ferry, et aussi le faite de ne pas avoir de carte pour accéder à la chambre (digicode)

Cons:

Pas de restaurant, en 4 jours nous avons vue personne qui travail dans l'hôtel, personne à la réception (vous recevez un code pour accéder à l'hôtel et à votre chambre) et pendant ces 4 jours personnes n'est venu nettoyer la chambre, vraiment dommage

The surrounding area looks sketchy when you see it for the first time but once inside it’s ok.

Istanbul ist eine Reise wert und die Unterkunft ist sehr schön.
Pros:

Sehr schön renoviertes Zimmer. Kontakt zum Vermieter schnell und freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es hätte mehr Wasser im Kühlschrankl sein können, da man das Leitungswasser nicht trinken kann.
Das Schlafsofa ist etwas klein bzw. kurz. Zimmer ist für 2 Personen perfekt, für 3 etwas klein.

Pros:

A nice apartment located in Karakoy, spacious room, comfy bed and couch, nice kitchen, laundry machine, shower with sufficient water pressure, very helpful and responsive staff. As many people mentioned it is next to a cami so you can hear azan, we found their version to be comfortable and creative.

Cons:

The wall is a little bit thin, you can hear many things.
