Pros:

Excellent service, but room for improvement in cleanliness
I recently stayed at the Gross Hotel in Istanbul and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The girls working in the restaurant are simply amazing—so attentive, friendly, and doing a fantastic job! The reception team was also highly professional, welcoming, and always ready to help.

Cons:

However, the only downside was the cleanliness. Unfortunately, it wasn’t up to standard, and the housekeeping definitely needs more attention. If the hotel improves on the cleaning, it will be a perfect place to stay. Still, a big thank you to the restaurant and reception teams!

Very recommended through Booking
Pros:

Very nice hotel, particularly through Booking bonus, from my previous experience, it's very worth it. In particular, the receptionist are very nice, special thanks to Emin, I've been to Turkiye multiple times, he's the best receptionist I ever dealt with, always asking clients how was their day and giving advice on interesting destinations, extended thanks to Serhat as well (hope the spelling is right) for his kindness. The ladies at the restaurant are very welcoming as well.
Bottom line, I recommend the hotel very much, and would probably book there another time Insha'Allah!

Очень близко ко всем достопримечательностям,хороший район. Персоналу отдельное спасибо,все очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые,помогли с ранним заселением. Завтраки разнообразные.

Decepcionante, poderia ser melhor.
Pros:

Os funcionários são super atenciosos e educados! O café da manhã é variado.

Cons:

O quarto era completamente diferente das imagens que eles anunciam, a cama era péssima, sem conforto nenhum (parece que as fotos foram tiradas a 20 anos atrás)

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation, and even after eventually locating it, we were left waiting at the front desk for another 15 minutes without any explanation before receiving our room.

Although we were assured that all rooms were ready, one of them had clearly not been cleaned at all. When we went back to the reception to address the issue, we were told it would be cleaned within 10 minutes. Instead, we were given a different room, which unfortunately was not any better.

When we finally entered the rooms, the conditions were unacceptable. The floors had not been swept, the walls were dirty, and the curtains were stained. The bed linen looked used (we later found out it was just not ironed, but that didn’t make it any better).

The bathroom was even worse — absolutely filthy. The paint in the shower was peeling, and the toilet tank was not functioning properly.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
