Receptionist was the best person
No electricity for the whole afternoon on 12th September , broken cloth cabinet , broken shower holder etc .

Personal amabil, micul dejun a foat bun.
Condițiile din cameră sunt învechite. Gresia din cabina de duș fiind vopsită are bune porțiuni desprinsă. Palul ușii de la intrare în cameră este desprins. Instalația electrică de lângă aerul condiționat e precară. Nu am avut curent electric 3 zile din cele 4 zile cazate datorită unor defecțiuni generate cei drept de companiai de electricitate (lipsă tensiune doar în jumătate de hotel) și nu am putut folosi aerul condiționat iar telefoanele ni le-am încărcat pe la recepție sau restaurant.

Это очень убитыи отель.Далеко от всех гостепримичятельностеи.Фотографии в bucghing не соответствуют реальностью...Комната очень маленькая,вся в пятнах...и стены и постель и полотенца...Такая ситуация и с ваннои комнаты.Завтрак был иногда лучше ,один день вообще не чего было есть,но самыи большои минос на кухне ,это белокурая русская девушка.Стоит и наблюдает что и сколько береш еды...как кушаешь...очень неприятно,а с другои стороны фальшывая улыбка.Хорошая сторона,нас быстро заселили.
Ничего не понравилось.Фотографии очень далеко от реальности.
Tökéletes volt az elhelyezkedés és nagyon kedves volt a személyzet.
Sajnos nagyon elavult volt a szállás, a fürdő nagyon mocskos volt és állandóan szennyvíz szag volt az egész szobában.
The staff specifically Hakan are so supportive and let us feel like home. Breakfast was delicious. We had an issue with AC when we arrived but they fixed it immediately
Nothing specific to mention. Just want to let you know there is a few steps before arriving to the lift. But the staff handled our luggages

Foarte neîngrijit mizerie lucruri stricate în cameră și foarte vechi , perne murdare pătate , spătar la pat rupt , mâncarea nu prea ok , nu m as mai întoarce
The hotel was nice, and stuff very kind. They always acknowledge the customers. The location is great. Over all for price and quality it was great. :))) I recommend very much.
There was once a power shortage, but I did not bothered myself.

I booked a triple room but instead I received a double room.

our room was changed to what we had booked and it was acceptable compared to the double room
Отличные завтраки (большой выбор и вкусно), удобное расположение (пешая и транспортная доступность ко многим достопримечательностям), приветливый и гостеприимный персонал, чай-кофе на протяжении всего дня. Ресторан на верхнем этаже с великолепным видом на Мраморное море. Жили в этом отеле дважды.
Были проблемы со стоком воды в душевой кабине. В остальном - Ок.

Excellent service, but room for improvement in cleanliness
I recently stayed at the Gross Hotel in Istanbul and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The girls working in the restaurant are simply amazing—so attentive, friendly, and doing a fantastic job! The reception team was also highly professional, welcoming, and always ready to help.
However, the only downside was the cleanliness. Unfortunately, it wasn’t up to standard, and the housekeeping definitely needs more attention. If the hotel improves on the cleaning, it will be a perfect place to stay. Still, a big thank you to the restaurant and reception teams!
