Great location, comfort could use improvement
Pros:

The location is amazing, the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The staff were terrific and really made the stay work out even though we werent comofrtable.

Cons:

The bed was quite uncomfortable -- there were no blankets, and the bedsheet did not cover the entire mttress. Cleanliness could've been better our sheets had hairs on them.

Отель у причала
Pros:

Вообще я выбирал отель близко к причалам. И он оказался то что нужно - от отеля до причалов меньше 5 минут легким шагом. Это маленький отель с видом на Босфор. Персонал отзывчивый, завтраки хорошие. Вам подают поднос с завтраком и вы спокойно едите - никакой толкучки у столов. Там вообще нет толкучки - мест в столовой всегда хватает. Номер тихий и уютный - на балконе можно делать зарядку. Уборка номеров хорошая. И еще про персонал - в конце они заказали мне трансфер до аэропорта, а потом по телефону помогли объяснить таксисту что не надо повышать плату. Кто общался со стамбульскими таксистами оценит как это важно! Спасибо ребята!:-)

Vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel met ruime moderne en hygiënische kamers.
Pros:

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam voornamelijk meneer Ömercan die tijdens mijn verblijf mij heeft geholpen. Daarnaast is het ook hygiënisch wel een mooie locatie, echter met koffers vanuit het station is het nog wel een gedoe. Zonder bagage is het een mooie route om te lopen naar het station. Verder mooie, moderne en ruime kamers.

Cons:

De locatie naar het station is net iets te ver als je vanuit de luchthaven komt met je bagage. Daarnaast dat het ontbijt niet is inbegrepen, wel tegen betaling is jammer. Hierdoor vond ik de prijs ook net iets te duur.

Fiyat ve hotel imkanları olarak dengeli değil, sadece konum için fiyat ödüyorsunuz.
Pros:

Hotelin konumu mükemmel, Marmaray'a ve Vapor iskelesine çok yakın, restotant ve kafeler yakın. Karşılama ve checkin harika, odanın temizliği ve büyüklüğü harika, İstanbul'da odalar çok küçük ama bu standart oda olarak güzeldi. Ama tekrardan çalışanlardan çok teşekkür ederiz, bizi memnun etmek için ellerinden geleni yaptılar.

Cons:

Odaların duvarları çok ince aşırı ses geçiriyor, konuşmalar ve tv sesi diğer odalarda duyuluyor. Küçük misafir kitleri oda da yok. sadece terlik var. Kısaca ödenen fiyata bakınca odadaki imkanlar çok az.

الموقع جميل وأثاث جديد المرافق جميلة مقارنة بمبنى تأسيس قديم

عند الحجز على موقع بوكينج لغرفة او جناح مطل على البسفور،، تحتاج الى جهد بدني و ذهني لكي تأخذ الغرفة أو الجناح اللذي اخترته. للأسف موظفي الاستقبال يحاول جاهدا و كاذبا إعطاءك سكن أقل من حجزك. لماذا يحاولون اعطاءك غرفة صغيرة و في نفس الوقت يريد أخذ قيمة جناح مطل.!
أتمنى استبدال هذا السلوك ب أسلوب أكثر شفافية ومصداقية.
بالتوفيق والى مزيد من الازدهار.

Pulizia discutibile, ho dovuto cambiare camera perché la prima assegnatami era praticamente invivibile, nessuna tenda oscurante, impossibile dormire e soffitti talmente bassi da non riuscire a stare in piedi dritta in bagno e non solo lì, in più luci sfarfallanti e sporca, La seconda stanza era accettabile ma con un odore di fogna incredibile e con l’aspiratore non funzionante. Prezzo esagerato per quello che offre.

İnternet üzerinde otoparkınızın mevcut olduğu açıkça belirtilmesine güvenerek bu oteli tercih ettim. Ancak otele geldiğimde otoparkın tamamen tıka basa dolu olduğunu ve hiçbir şekilde yer bulunmadığını gördüm. Bu durum kesinlikle kabul edilebilir değil.

Üstelik otopark sorunu nedeniyle her gün aracımı İSPARK gibi farklı otoparklara veya başka yerlere bırakmak zorunda kaldım ve bunun için ayrıca zaman ve para harcadım. Eğer otoparkınızın dolu olma ihtimali varsa, bunu müşterilere önceden açık ve net şekilde belirtmeniz gerekir.

Ayrıca aracımı otel çalışanlarına teslim etmek de benim için kabul edilebilir bir çözüm değil. Aracımı başkasına emanet etmek zorunda kalmak istemiyorum.

Ben bu oteli özellikle otoparkı olduğu belirtilmesi nedeniyle tercih ettim. Fakat karşılaştığım durum, verilen bilginin gerçeği yansıtmadığını gösteriyor. Hem mağdur edildim hem de ekstra masraf yapmak zorunda bırakıldım.

Bu durum kesinlikle profesyonel bir hizmet anlayışıyla bağdaşmıyor. Yaşadığım mağduriyetin ve yaptığım ekstra otopark masraflarının tarafınızca ciddiye alınmasını ve gerekli telafinin yapılmasını bekliyorum.

Locatie en personeel waren top. Tekortkomingen en wensen worden gelijk geregeld door personeel.

Cons:

Wij kregen gescheurde handdoeken, na aangeven zijn er gelijk nieuwe handdoeken geregeld. Op de slaapbank had je sigarettenbrand plekken.

Is niet helemaal schoon, maar ook niet vies.
