Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Rixos Park Belek et nous en gardons un très beau souvenir !

L’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et l’ensemble du personnel est vraiment adorable : souriant, accueillant, attentionné et toujours prêt à nous aider. Cela a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité de la nourriture. Il y avait beaucoup de choix et tout était très bon. Une mention spéciale pour le restaurant Zahra, que nous avons trouvé tout simplement excellent !

L’ambiance de l’hôtel, les services proposés et l’accueil chaleureux nous ont vraiment plu. Nous avons apprécié chaque moment passé sur place et nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis, comme à la maison.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Rixos Park Belek pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur travail.

Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous serions ravis d’y revenir pour un prochain séjour!

I don’t think we will go there again, not worth the money
Pros:

Location, shuttle stuff are very friendly

Cons:

Rooms are very old and differ from real scenario, Room cleaning is below average, Food is a disaster and guest service is less than 2 stars hotel.

Destination idéale pour passer un séjour calme et de tout repos

Chambre propre et spacieuse (je remercie la responsable des house keeping Esra pour son accueil et sa délicatesse)
Chambre proximité de la piscine, Kids clubs et restaurants orient
Je remercie le Kids club pour leur gentillesse et attention auprès des enfants
La tranquillité et le calme de l'environnement
Je vous recommande le restaurant people's pour vos repas. Vous ne seriez pas déçu des repas et de la qualité du service.
La proximité au park Land of legend aquatique et nickeleondon (10 min en navette ou voiture)
Les enfants se sont régalés

Parking petit (notre véhicule était à l'extérieur)
Personnel qui s'occupe de la réservation du park Land of legend et de la réservation des navettes (prendre son mal en patience) ajout groupe whatsup non effectué, organisation catastrophique
Pas de liste de vérification des réservations pour la navette. On vous dit OK pour la navette mais ils s'en vont sans vous sans vérifier, jamais à l'heure. Départ annoncé 19h45 mais décolle soit à 19h40 ou bien 20h.
Le restaurant principal, buffet à volonté trop petit pour la qualité et le prix ainsi que la salle pour manger.

Eten was 5 sterren waard! Zee en zwembad waren op loopafstand

Cons:

Avond had je weinig te doen daarom speelden wij met vrienden in spelletjes kamer. Maar wat me tegenviel je je had maar 1 spel dat compleet was!! Laatste avond kwamen andere gasten en die gingen daar over discussiëren , omdat zei wilde spelen en hotel kon niet oplossen en dat vond ik slordig en tegenvallen voor een 5 sterren hotel!! ( lag 10 dozen maar was een doos compleet)

Our experience at Rixos Park Belek was absolutely amazing, and I would happily repeat it every summer! ❤️☀️

As a mom of two boys, I know how hard it is to keep them entertained—but here, our everyday schedule was packed with activities! They even went to The Land of Legends only once during our 6-day stay… and somehow, they still didn’t get enough of this incredible place! 😂💙

A special thank you to the Customer Service team for their amazing efforts, fast responses, and flexibility. Every request was handled with such kindness and professionalism, which truly made our stay even more enjoyable. 🙏🏼

The pools were amazing, the Sports Club had non-stop activities, and the buffet offered such an incredible variety of choices. There was always something to do, something delicious to try, and a new memory to make.

Overall, our experience was simply SUPERB! ❤️

Thank you, Rixos Park Belek, for an unforgettable family holiday. We’ll definitely be back… hopefully every summer! 🥰☀️🏖️

Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
Pros:

Cok compact bir tesis. Havuz ve deniz cok yakin birbirine ve hersey elinizin altinda. Yemekleri cok guzeldi ve lezzetliydi.
