Balık restoraninin sefi Ugur beye cok tesekkurler. Yemekler cok lezzetliydi. Ayrica kendisi birebir ilgilendi. Bir tek land of legends servisini dönuste cok bekledik. Onun disinda hersey iyiydi.
It was a nice placed hotel with a nice garden. That’s all I can say
I am very disappointed it wasn’t Rixos hotel. It was an 4 star equal hotel. Food wasn’t quality. Rooms are very old. And the cleaning … I was very disappointed
land of legend access is plus point if you are travelling with family and planning to visit land of legends multiple time.
Swimming pools are good in particular the main one.

Some of the staff were excellent, very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Staff were doing their best. Kids area is excellent, great entertainment (kids shows and live music at night) the vibe is generally good.
Air Conditioner not working in rooms. Comparing to other Rixos around the world it’s not as fancy. Food is alright - No wow factor

Everything
We liked the property overall. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and nice amenities. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel, both the room and common areas were spotless and well cared for.
What we didn’t like was that it was often difficult to find a spot at the pool because it got crowded quickly. The beach is also very small, which made it feel a bit limited and crowded at times.

Очень старая мебель , в номере неприятно было находится . Сан узел очень маленький и не приятный , старый. От Риксос такого не ожидали .
Food was amazing, spa center a bit expensive but after negotiation we received some very good massages and hamam, and in general the staff is very pro client orientated.
Evening entertainment very poor (I'm comparing with Rixos Sungate and Rixos Tekirova where we've been before) . Also the animation team, not proactive, daily activities almost none.

عدم السماح ل سياراة الاجرة uber باخذي من الفندق اضطر لاخذ تكسي من داخل الفندق بسعر مضاعف بما ان الفندق يبعد قليلا عن الشارع الرئيسي
La nourriture était exceptionnelle, la literie est confortable. Dommage que pour le.midi, il.n y avait que 2 restaurants
le personnel a l'accueil était peu aimable. Il n y avait oas beaucoup d'animations sur place. Il.mise tout sur le land of legends mais à l'hôtel meme c'est mort!!
