Excellent family resort with great service, spacious rooms and fantastic Land of Legends access — 9.
Pros:

We had a fantastic family stay at Rixos Park Belek. Our Orient Suite with Jacuzzi was spacious and very comfortable, with a main bedroom, kids’ room, two private bathrooms and a bathtub. The food, facilities, location and overall service were excellent. Our children enjoyed Rixy Kids Club and the special gifts prepared for them. The complimentary access to The Land of Legends was also a major benefit. A special thank you to Ms. Melek from Guest Relations, who was very friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay.

Cons:

There was very little to complain about. My only suggestion would be to offer Rixos guests a small food and beverage credit or discount inside The Land of Legends, since families may spend many hours there and the food and drink prices inside the park are quite high.

Nice hotel, beautiful garden but will look for something else next time
Pros:

Amazing garden, nice pool area.
Nice bar overlooking the beach with good drinks.
Well equipped gym with high quality equipment.
We were upgraded and got a family room in Orient section which was nice, although the room was very very dark as it was located at the ground floor and hardly no sun was getting there. We did not care too much as we did not spend much time in our room .

Cons:

Staff overwhelmed by the amount of work, not always happy to help you. You had to ask several times for your beverage during meals, sometimes we almost finished eating when the waiter finally brought us our beverages.
Rooms not cleaned throughly, the bed were made and the towels were changed bit it seemed like the floor was not washed as our feet and socks were dirty after walking without shoes.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay at Rioxs Hotel was extremely disappointing, and there were several issues that made us question the hotel’s standards of cleanliness, customer service, and safety.

The staff were frequently on their phones and, in our experience, did not seem attentive to guests who needed assistance. I also found a stain on my bed and complained about it, but nothing was done. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard and was left dirty throughout our stay. The windows around the hotel were also consistently very dirty.

What concerned us most was the safety of the children's facilities. My child got sand in their eyes in the children's play area, but when we asked for assistance, the staff did not have any eye wash available. This is particularly concerning in an area specifically intended for children.

Even more worrying, one of my children was scratched by a nail sticking out from the skirting board. This is a serious safety concern that should have been identified and fixed before someone got hurt.

We also ordered a shisha which did not work. We sent it back, but we were not refunded for it. We were then expected to pay for it when leaving the hotel, despite having returned it because it was not working.

The situation when we were leaving was particularly upsetting. We felt that some of the staff were aggressive towards us, and the barrier was closed, preventing us from leaving. We found the situation intimidating and frightening, especially as we were there with our children. Regardless of any disagreement over payment, we do not believe guests should be made to feel intimidated or prevented from leaving.

I have photographs documenting some of the issues mentioned above and am prepared to provide them to management.

Before making our experience public, we are giving Rioxs Hotel the opportunity to address our concerns directly.

A charming hotel we will return to next year
Pros:

The hotel was more beautiful than expected and its service is very good and it has everything you need. I highly recommend staying in it.

Cons:

The room is very comfortable and spacious, and it has a Starbucks. The attention was beautiful. The sea is beautiful and the coast is private and has everything you need.

Pros:

The facilities including the restaurants and additional services were excellent. A great variety of food at the Turquoise restaurant. The rooms were clean and the hotel had a fabulous ambience. Staff were helpful and the location was perfect for access to the Land of Legends. Added bonus: all day access to the patisserie including icecreams and the bar was brilliant. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. A specific mention for Laura Sadik at Guest Relations who was excellent and helped to sort out an issue we had with our hire car.

Cons:

Minor point: it took us 4 attempts to get a fully functioning iron.

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Antalya! The hotel was beautiful, clean, spacious, and offered excellent service with very friendly and helpful staff. It’s a perfect family-friendly resort with great facilities, plenty of activities, and everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommended! ⭐️
