Food was amazing, spa center a bit expensive but after negotiation we received some very good massages and hamam, and in general the staff is very pro client orientated.
Evening entertainment very poor (I'm comparing with Rixos Sungate and Rixos Tekirova where we've been before) . Also the animation team, not proactive, daily activities almost none.

عدم السماح ل سياراة الاجرة uber باخذي من الفندق اضطر لاخذ تكسي من داخل الفندق بسعر مضاعف بما ان الفندق يبعد قليلا عن الشارع الرئيسي
We liked the property overall. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and nice amenities. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel, both the room and common areas were spotless and well cared for.
What we didn’t like was that it was often difficult to find a spot at the pool because it got crowded quickly. The beach is also very small, which made it feel a bit limited and crowded at times.

Очень старая мебель , в номере неприятно было находится . Сан узел очень маленький и не приятный , старый. От Риксос такого не ожидали .
La nourriture était exceptionnelle, la literie est confortable. Dommage que pour le.midi, il.n y avait que 2 restaurants
le personnel a l'accueil était peu aimable. Il n y avait oas beaucoup d'animations sur place. Il.mise tout sur le land of legends mais à l'hôtel meme c'est mort!!
Огромная зеленая территория, своевременная уборка номеров, вкусное и разнообразное меню. Раннее открытие спортзала было плюсом.

чистота, практически каждый день убирались не чисто особенно в ванной комнате, туалет всегда очень плохо пахнул
The alcohol drinks were premium quality, but no draft beer in the lobby area, some of the waitress in the main restaurant were very friendly. The FO manager Mr. Mehmet were very professional & friendly, he helped us to extend & did his best to satisfy us.
The reception staff are very rude & unprofessional, while Check-in i asked to change the room but they didn't the show rooms that is not better but worst they promised to change next day but they didn't. The major that most of the wake up from sleeping is the room doors, when the room next to you closes & opens the door it makes big sound & shakes the hall room due bad door hydraulic that makes the door to move very fast. Another issue we put DND sign on the room, but even though the mini bar refilling team or HK they opened the door & came in while my Wife was in the bathroom. The buffet is not so big but the quality & the taste of the food were good. two bars on the beach are were closed due to renovation. We took a massage session but were not stratified they were not professional & the therapist was not good.
the rooms are located 5 mins shuttle ride to main building. The entrance of the building was al soaked due to rain.
