Pros:

The resort is beautiful with excellent landscaping, spacious swimming pools, and a great beach. It is very family-friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The Land of Legends access is a great benefit for families with children. The facilities are well maintained, and there are plenty of activities throughout the day.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the resort. Many staff members, particularly in the buffet restaurant, came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. Communication in English should also be improved.

The food focused more on quantity than quality. There was a large selection, but the overall variety and quality of the dishes, especially the mezze and regional specialties, could be much better for a resort of this standard.

We also experienced a security issue with our rooms. The key cards provided at check-in did not work, and after receiving replacement cards, the room door remained unlocked and could be opened without any card for nearly two days before the issue was finally fixed. This was a serious concern.

Finally, the buggy transportation needs better organization. During busy periods, guests had to compete to board the buggy, creating unnecessary crowding and confusion. A proper queue system would greatly improve the experience.

As a constructive suggestion, I believe it would be beneficial for the owners or senior Rixos management to conduct regular guest experience audits and operational reviews. As a guest, I felt there was a disconnect between the excellent physical property and the day-to-day service delivery. More frequent oversight and quality audits could help ensure that the guest experience consistently reflects the high standards expected from the Rixos brand.

Le restaurant buffet était excellent

Cons:

Le restaurant manque de place et est souvent bondé. C’est un hôtel très touristique, avec une forte affluence. La chambre n’était pas très propre et le ménage laissait à désirer. En revanche, la restauration était excellente. Malgré cela, l’établissement ne correspond pas, selon nous, au niveau attendu d’un hôtel cinq étoiles.

The theme Park

Cons:

We had a very enjoyable stay overall, and we appreciate the hard work of the hotel team. We would just like to share a few suggestions that we believe could make the guest experience even better.

* It would be great if there could be an additional shuttle bus to the theme park at around 3:30 PM, as the current schedule is a little limited.
* After returning from the theme park, it would be a lovely gesture to offer guests a bottle of water on the shuttle bus, especially after spending the day in the heat.
* The Kids Club felt quite warm at times and could benefit from stronger air conditioning. It would also be nice to have a few fans outside during the children’s shows to help keep the kids comfortable.
* It would be helpful to have more buggy vehicles available between the hotels, as we occasionally had to wait longer than expected.
* The dinner buffet is scheduled until 9:30 PM, but on a few occasions the food started being cleared around 9:10 PM. It would be appreciated if the full buffet remained available until the official closing time.
* Most of the staff were kind and helpful. However, there were a few occasions where some team members seemed less welcoming when we asked for assistance. We hope this can be improved, as excellent service makes a big difference to the overall guest experience.

An exceptional family-friendly resort with outstanding hospitality—we can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay and wished we had booked for a few more days. The staff at reception and reservations were incredibly warm and welcoming, and our children were delighted to receive a lovely box of sweets as a welcome gift. We also appreciated the thoughtful complimentary restaurant invitation, the free unlimited access to The Land of Legends, and the convenient shuttle service. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious grounds and several pools that our children absolutely loved. This was by far a much better experience than our previous stay in Antalya, and we will definitely return.
