Wochenlang keine Rechnung, ignorierte Nachrichten und falsche Auskünfte – erst nach dem Einschalten von Booking.com wurd

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über den Umgang dieser Unterkunft mit ihren Gästen.

Ich reise beruflich sehr häufig und buche regelmäßig über Booking.com. Noch nie musste ich einer Hotelrechnung derart hinterherlaufen. Für zwei verschiedene Aufenthalte musste ich die Rechnung mehrfach anfordern – für den Aufenthalt vom 06.–07. Mai warte ich trotz wiederholter Aufforderungen bis heute darauf.

Statt die gesetzlich erforderliche Rechnung auszustellen, wurde mit mir an der Rezeption diskutiert und ich wurde immer wieder an Booking.com verwiesen. Obwohl ich mehrfach erklärt habe, dass alle anderen Hotels ihre Rechnungen problemlos selbst ausstellen, beharrte das Personal auf seiner falschen Aussage. Selbst meine weiteren Nachrichten wurden einfach ignoriert.

Erst nachdem ich eine offizielle Beschwerde bei Booking.com eingereicht hatte, erhielt ich plötzlich eine Entschuldigung und die Bestätigung, dass selbstverständlich die Unterkunft selbst für die Rechnung zuständig ist. Genau das hatte ich von Anfang an erklärt.

Nicht der Rechnungsfehler an sich ist das größte Problem, sondern der Umgang mit dem Gast: mangelnde Fachkenntnis, Ignorieren von Nachrichten, falsche Auskünfte und keinerlei Bereitschaft, den Fehler zu prüfen. Für ein internationales Vier-Sterne-Hotel ist ein solches Verhalten aus meiner Sicht völlig unprofessionell.

Das Hotel mag gut ausgestattet sein, aber der Service an der Rezeption hat meinen Gesamteindruck vollständig zerstört. Gäste sollten sich nicht mehrfach erklären, wochenlang auf eine Rechnung warten oder erst über Booking.com Druck ausüben müssen, damit ein offensichtlicher Fehler eingesehen wird.

Solange Mitarbeiter nicht ausreichend geschult sind und Gäste auf diese Weise behandelt werden, kann ich diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.

Хотелът беше изключително чист, стаите просторни и с красива гледка от високите етажи, леглото беше удобно. Закуската не е изобилна, но е достатъчна и вкусна. Има места за свободно паркиране навсякъде около хотела.

Кварталът е много отдалечен, както от централната азиатска част, така и от европейската.

Fiyatına göre çok profesyonel ve iyi bir tesis. Kahvaltısı da gayet güzel ve dolu doluydu. Personelin tavrı da hizmet sektörüne yakışan yardımcı ve nazikti.

İlk başta odalarda sigara içilmesi ya da zarar verilmesine yönelik depozito olarak bi 2.000 lira para istenmesi ilk itibada bir güven sorunu oluşturdu ama onun da iptalini sorunsuz aldık bir sorun oluşmadı
