Pros:

Cons:

Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help whenever I needed anything.

I would especially like to mention Ilkin, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He speaks English very well, which made communication very easy for me, and he was always approachable and ready to assist with any questions or requests.

I also really appreciate all of his colleagues. Even though some of them did not speak much English, they always made a genuine effort to understand me and help in any way they could. Their kindness and hospitality made me feel very comfortable and welcome.

Thank you to Ilkin and the whole team for making my stay such a positive experience. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to others. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

The price is a bit high for me but everything is perfect. It would be better if they could lower the price for me. It would be a lot helpful and better for me in term of payment.

Wonderful
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the apartment is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The room is spacious enough and has its own kitchen, which is very convenient for longer stays.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mustafa, Ilkin, and Yusuf. Whenever we needed help or advice about the city, they were always available and happy to assist.

The room has a modern TV, air conditioning, and a surprisingly large fridge. The bathroom is also very spacious and comfortable, which is quite rare in hotels.

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Cons:

Everything was very good overall. As a small suggestion, updating the bed linen and towels in the future would make the experience even more comfortable.

Dramatisch en onhygiënisch
Pros:

Niets

Cons:

Pros:

The apartment was clean and we liked that we had the lounge area and small kitchen with a fridge.
The shower was good.

Cons:

It was loud on the corridor both nights with guests running up and down, banging on doors and playing loud music.
Despite not speaking much English, however, the reception staff did come to see us on the second night when we made them aware and the noise stopped.

Fijn verblijf en goede locatie
Pros:

Goede locatie, centraal gelegen alles is dichtbij! Fijn personeel.

Cons:
