Las instalaciones del hotel, las zonas comunes, la habitación familiar maravillosa superando las expectativas, el desayuno delicioso y de gran variedad. La atención, disposición, el acompañamiento del personal de recepción y del restaurante fue excelente, siempre estuvieron pendientes de nuestra comodidad en el hotel y de lo que necesitáramos. Our stay at the hotel was a special experience, as it actually exceeded all the expectations we had for our holiday in the heart of Cappadocia.
We were given a warm welcome and looked after right from breakfast – as were all the other guests, by the way. The reception staff took note of and fulfilled every request we had; the suite was lovely and spacious, with a large, comfortable bathroom and a fantastic private terrace where we enjoyed winding down at the end of the day. Every day we were able to get free bottles of water from reception, which saved us a trip to the shops. It was a 10-minute walk into the village, and we were free to hike or go for walks in the surrounding area. The surroundings are uniquely beautiful and historically very interesting. We highly recommend taking the green and/or red tour. And be sure to visit the underground city (included in the green tour)! The hotel has a spa and hammam, where we were treated to a massage, especially after our camel ride.
This is truly a highly recommended hotel in one of the most beautiful parts of the world, and particularly because of the wonderful, friendly and lovely people who made our stay perfect.

Camera curata și spațioasă, decorul foarte frumos specific zonei, iar personalul amabil și drăguț. Pot spune ca micul dejun a fost unul modest.

Nu mi-a plăcut ca era mult zgomot din cauza scărilor care erau situate lângă camera. Deasupra camerei noastre era bucătăria și se auzea tare rău cum pregăteau micul dejun cu noaptea în cap.
Asta a fost sigurul disconfort :(

que pague por dos dias y no hicieron la limpieza deñ primer dia para el segundo cuando normalmente lo hacen en la mañana o a la 1 pm a mas tardar, llegamos de nuestros tour a las 5 pm y seguía sucio y nunca hicieron la limpieza
Muy buen desayuno. Pudimos dejar el auto en la puerta del hotel. La habitación y el baño súper espaciosos. El personal fue muy amable y siempre se encargó de atender nuestras necesidades.

The location for watching the balloons in the morning was outstanding.
It was a bit noisy as we could hear other guests in their rooms.
Location good, close enough to town, good views from roof terrace, beautifully decorated, large rooms and bathrooms, easy parking and easy to get to and in and out with a car. Far enough away from main tourist hub, but close enough to walk if you want, say 10-15 minutes. Best thing was some of staff who were so professional and helpful and genuine.
Not enough lighting in bathroom, no fan in bathroom. Tile heating nice I imagine in winter, but not neccessary in spring summer, making room warm, albeit you have air con to cool it down. Breakfast large selection but quality of product could have been a bit better in some instances for a better than average accommodation. It was not bad, but I would have expected a little better say less selection and nicer items.

Nous avons passé deux nuits au Garden Suites Hotel et nous avons adoré notre séjour.
La chambre était magnifique, très confortable, lumineuse et impeccablement propre. Le lit était extrêmement confortable. L’hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme, un peu plus éloigné du centre-ville, mais tout de même très accessible à pied (environ 5 à 10 minutes).
Ce qui nous a le plus charmés est sans aucun doute l’accueil chaleureux du personnel. Tous les employés étaient toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et démontraient clairement qu’ils aiment leur travail et s’investissent réellement pour leurs clients. Mention spéciale à Donya, une employée absolument charmante, qui s’est montrée particulièrement disponible et attentionnée avec nous durant tout notre séjour.
La terrasse sur le toit est superbe et parfaite pour admirer le lever du soleil et les montgolfières sans devoir se rendre au centre-ville.
Le petit-déjeuner était servi dans une très belle salle à manger avec la possibilité de manger à l’intérieur ou à l’extérieur. Thé et café étaient disponibles sur demande en tout temps. Coup de cœur particulier pour le personnel de la salle à manger : charmant, accueillant et toujours souriant.
Nous avons également profité du spa sur place, une très belle expérience avec un personnel professionnel et attentionné.
Notre séjour a été beaucoup trop court et nous reviendrions sans hésiter dans cet hôtel.
