A equipe foi muito simpática e atenciosa. Inclusive superando nossas expectativas em hospitalidade. São incríveis. O rooftop também me surpreendeu.

Pros:

All the staff was good however there was one staff person at the reception during 8-9PM when I was requesting him to change the room because of suffocation and he said there are no rooms available when clearly there were few keys hanging on the reception wall. Breakfast persons, other staff member who was usually at 12AM night was good. Ahmed was very nice as he was available even during night when I needed an additional pair of slippers due to uncontrolled water flow of jacuzzi.

Cons:

The room was suffocating actually as there was no ventilation available for breathing. Instructions card would have been better for how to operate jacuzzi.

Pros:

Hôtel magnifique, c’est comme ci on était plonger dans la beauté rustique de la Turquie magnifique. Du toit et très tôt le matin on pu observer les montgolfières un spectacle magnifique. Nous sommes à environ 10 ou 15 minutes à pied du centre et des magasins souvenirs et restaurants. C’était très calme et reposant de la salle où on prend le petit déjeuner (très bon aussi) on a avait la vu sur les montagnes

Pas d’ascenseur du coup mais le staff nous a aidé

Location was excellent. Shuttle service was efficient. The room is quite charming with a big luxurious bathroom en suite. We had an excellent view of the hot air balloons from the terrace. It was a spectacular experience!

Breakfast was delicious, lots of variety and fresh ingredients.
Good view from the terrace.
Beds were comfortable, and facilities were well maintained/modern

Cons:

Poor lighting near mirrors, made it difficult to properly brush our hair etc...
