Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were warm, courteous, and friendly, with the exception of one receptionist.
The information provided about the dinner cruise was clear and helpful, making the experience enjoyable. The transport arrangements were also well organized and highly commendable.
The rooms were comfortable, the bedding was clean and fresh, and the hotel maintained a pleasant temperature throughout my stay.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but my experience during check-out was disappointing.
The staff handled the late check-out situation poorly. I understand that hotels have check-out policies, but after staying for three nights, I had hoped for a little flexibility. An additional 30 minutes would have been greatly appreciated. If a late check-out fee applies, it would be helpful to communicate this clearly in advance so that guests can plan accordingly.
Unfortunately, I was not given any reasonable alternative and ended up having to change clothes in the corridor, which was both uncomfortable and embarrassing. A more customer-friendly approach would have been to offer the use of a staff changing room or another suitable space. The receptionist on duty that day was also unfriendly, which further affected my experience.
Additionally, the rooms did not provide shower caps, which is a useful amenity for female guests. I also recommend paying closer attention to bathroom cleanliness, as the bathroom floor was quite slippery and could pose a safety risk.
I was a satisfied guest for most of my stay, but I left feeling very disappointed because of how the check-out situation was handled. I hope this feedback will help improve the experience for future guests.

Seul petit bémol : la rue devant l'hôtel est assez encombrée, et en fin de journée les poubelles s'accumulent au bout de la rue en attendant le passage de la municipalité. Cela dit, j'ai remarqué que c'est le cas dans presque tous les quartiers de la ville, donc rien de spécifique à l'hôtel. Rien d'autre à signaler, l'expérience reste très positive dans l'ensemble.
