Staff is lacking language skills - hard to communicate with most staff.

The staff was really unhelpful and for a 5 star resort I would hope that there were more staff people that spoke English. Specially at the reception desk where I had issues communicating with them.

The hotel grounds are incredibly beautiful, very green, with stunning views of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. Everything is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of pools and piers, which creates the feeling that the resort is never overcrowded.

The food was delicious and varied. There are also several restaurants on site. We visited the Italian and Turkish restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed both. Many thanks to the staff for their attentiveness and the excellent food.

The rooms were clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel. It met all of our expectations and even exceeded them.

The cocktails and other alcoholic drinks could be improved, but it didn’t really affect our stay. We mainly drank beer, which was good.

The alcohol wasn’t original. The stuff didn’t want to prepare a proper coffee, saying the machines were broken. The stuff was extremely slow, it took a half of the day for them to make the bed for a third person.

Mega Service /super Abendunterhaltung...Liebe Landsleute( Deutschland)...gönnt euch etwas Luxus und besucht dieses Hotel...es war wirklich alles Tip Top...Kleiner Tip: bucht euch im Hotel einen Pavillion ...kostet zwar 100Euro/Tag aber es ist es Wert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Certain membre du personnel sont vraiment pas à la hauteur du lieu.. si vous n’êtes pas russe alors on ne vous considère pas. J’estime avoir payé au même titre que les autres. Et mon comportement n’a rien à voir avec certains qui semblent attendre les vacances pour manger et boire.. et pourtant vous ne parlez pas russe alors on ne vous regarde pas on ne vous recharge pas le mini bar alors que c’est compris et annoncé par la réception des l’arrivé. Honnêtement pour un tel traitement je ne recommande pas à 100% l’hôtel. Vraiment dommage car d’autre membres du personnel sont vraiment d’un professionnalisme et d’une gentillesse exemplaire.. je pense au photographe Gokan à la serveuse Seline et son collègue Yunus au responsable des chichas qui grâce à eux nous avons passé un bon moment. Mais quand au autre.. changer de métiers.

Öncelikle yeme ve içme konusunda felaket kötü bir tesis olduğunu belirtmem gerekli. Çeşitlilik yok denecek kadar az. Her gün aynı yemekleri görüyor her öğün aynı yemekleri yiyorsunuz. Izgara yapılan etler çoğu zaman çok pişmiş ve kuru şekilde servis ediliyor. Restoran yoğun olmaya başladığında ise yiyecekler yüksek sıcaklıkta ızgara ediliyor. Dışı yanmış fakat içi çiğ oluyor. Servis edilen diğer yemekler de oldukça sınırlı ve yine kendini tekrar ediyor. Tatilimiz boyunca hep aynı yemekleri yada birbirine çok benzer yemekleri gördük.

Restoranda tüm yemekler çoğu zaman soğuk. Yemekler tuzsuz ve baharatsız. Tatlılar ise tam anlamı ile bir felaket.. Ya ağdalanmış ve kendinden geçmiş şerbetli tatlılar ya da şekersiz pasta olduğunu iddia eden kötü kremalı kekler var.

İçki kalitesi ise ayrı bir fiyasko. Mojito siz belirtmediğiniz sürece sprite ile yapılıyor. Negroni, Old fashioned gibi kokteyller yok. Pina colada vb kokteyller özensiz ve yanlış tariflerle yapılıyor. Pool barda çalışanlar saygıdan uzak kötüler. istediğim kokteyli barmen yaparken arakdan başka bir arkadaşı gelip beni rus sanıp benim hakkımda türkçe çok ağır küfür etmişti. Ben de duyduğumda sorun değil olabilir böyle dediğimde küfür eden kişi özür dilemek yerine bir şey olmaz zaten deyip sırıtarak çalışmaya devam etti.

Ruslar için yapılmış bir tesis türk olarak gittiğinizde çalışanlar size iyi davranmıyor. Kötü de davranmıyorlar ama kendinizi özel hissetmiyorsunuz.

Konfor olarak da ne yazık ki tesis sınıfta kalıyor. Bu kadar çok yeşil alan varken insanların vakit geçirebileceği daha fazla alan ve daha konforlu alanlar olmalı. Tesiste sadece plastik sandalyelerde değil minderli rahat konforlu oturma alanları olsun isterim.

Tesisin martılar için de bir çözüm bulması gerekli. Kuşların siz yemek yerken gelip yemekleri çalması can sıkıcı. Son olarak Animasyonlar yetersiz ve sadece Rus turistlere yönelik. Gün içinde bir kez dart akşam dandik bir gösteri ve hepsi bu.

Очень грязно в номерах ! Пол не мыли наверное с открытия отеля !
Нас не поселили в 14:00, обосновали это тем , что ваш номер еще убирают , в итоге нас попросили подождать еще 15 минут , потом еще 10 минут , в итоге в номере грязь везде
Попросили одеяло в номер , привезти и одеяло грязное и пододеяльник
Персонал не вежливый , орут , злые
Много мух ,с ними никто не борется никак
Чайки воруют еду со столов
