Pros:

Гарний готель, нам дали кращий номер ніж ми бронювали, це дуже приємно. Кожного дня була сібас або дорадо, і в цілому все було смачно. Природа красива, сосни, гори …Єдине не дуже зручний захід в море

Loved our stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, it's on the smaller side, even felt boutique-y at times. It's in a pine forest by the sea, with mountains at the background. Clean lines in the architecture, wood, landscaping and greenery, natural textures and muted colours throughout - felt understated yet luxurious. Calm(ish) place, no agressive loud entertainment/animation during the day (which we appreciated), good evening shows programme. Service was somewhat pared-back, but every interaction was pleasant. Buffet was much smaller than in some bigger hotels, but we found food quality and choice to be excellent: lots of vegetables and friut, fermented things, good choice of grilled/slow cooked/boiled proteins, diet and gluten-free options, some fried stuff of course, smoothies at breakfast. Coffee was best at the lobby bar and the waffle bar in the middle. Desserts were very nice, too. Turkish restaurant served perfect kebabs. Swimming pools outside are not heated and were naturally cold in the end of October. We used them as a cold plunge after sauna/hammam. SPA is spacious and well-organised. Beach is pebble and bigger stones, we didn't mind that, the water colour was beautiful. Water slides are for younger children (and water there was pretty cold, but saw kids were there anyway!). Tennis court is tucked away from the main hotel and is most beautiful in the morning.
I felt like the hotel attracts a pretty pleasant crowd, too, people made effort to dress nicely for dinner.

Cons:

If only there was a heated outdoors pool...
Bathroom products were inefficient at best, wished I brought my own shampoo and conditioner. Although there was a wide selection of useful things, like toothbrush kits, shower caps, cotton pads, slippers, bathrobes.

Pros:

L’hôtel, les équipements ( piscine intérieure, extérieure, sauna, hamman, plage…) sont très bons. Le personnel est très sympathique.
Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

La nourriture est correcte mais pas au niveau de l’établissement.

Pros:

Территория (действительно красивые деревья, кустарники, пальмы и горы )
Все платные услуги ( массаж, бунгало, фотограф, кальян)
Официанты в главном ресторане ( во время обеда и ужина приносят напитки, многие помнят что ты заказывал вчера, быстро убирают лишние тарелки и желают приятного аппетита)

Cons:

Обслуживание номеров!!! Нам на троих в первый день положили 3 тонких покрывал и 1 одеяло, после уборки каждый раз количество уменьшалось, в итоге в последние дни у нас осталось только 1 тёплое одеяло без покрывал на 3 человек!!!
Качество шампуней/ кондиционеров для волос 1/5 ( лучше брать свои)
еда 3/5 ( разнообразная, но большая часть не вкусная)
Качество алкоголя, конкретно вина, ну и молочный коктейль 1/5
На территории нет пеленальных столиков, комнат для кормления

Schöne Hotelanlage, gutes Essen, aber wenig ansprechender Strand
Pros:

Schöne Hotelanlage und gutes Essen. Neben dem Hauptrestaurant hatten wir aber keinen Zugang zu weiteren Restaurants auf dem Gelände. Das Zimmer war modern, ruhig und sauber.

Cons:

Nach ein paar Tagen etwas eintönig in der Essensauswahl. Strand ist fast nur Kies und sehr klein, man hat keine Chance einen Strandspaziergang zu machen, da jedes Hotel nur seinen abgegrenzten Bereich hat. Bereich der Pool- und Beach-Bar extrem ungemütlich.

Очень хорошее расположение отеля. Виды - прекрасные

Cons:

Персонал убогий. В прямом смысле. От этого идёт все остальное. Еда весьма средняя, не для 5* отеля. Уборка - под кроватью не мыли много недель. Территория совершенно не ухоженная. Выпивка - не рискуйте пожалуйста. Отель не соответствует своему заявленному статусу

I loved all, I was really impressed. Best hotel so far! Location, food, sea, all were amazing. Stuff was also very nice. It was very very clean…. I liked the food, much fish, meat, drinks were good. I also want to mention desserts. Usually they only look good in Turkish hotels but do not taste. Here they were really nice. Also location is amazing, very green and chilled. I think hotel was fully booked when we’ve stayed but there were not much people, there was always place on sun beds and sometimes pools were completely empty. I also worked from the hotel some days and WiFi was good, it even worked on the pier. I already booked this hotel for the next year. Thank you again!

Cons:

AC in the room was hard to set up. It was too cold/hot and sometimes it blew directly on you when you lay in bed but you cannot change it. Nothing I can think of more.
