Good, do not expect a fancy Istanbul stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, mahdi and Gündüz were greatly helpful. Location in the heart of fatih district, just a few minutes by tram to sultanahmet.

Cons:

The neighborhood is not the fanciest, steep roads and local workers vibes. Noise was heard across the rooms, the view of the room was a metal staircase.
