Отличный персонал, чисто, просторно, шикарное расположение. Бывает лучше, но за эти деньги - топ!
Pros:

Отличное соотношение цена/качество. Просторные номера, вся техника работает, всё чисто. Персонал максимально старается для обеспечения комфорта. Расположение превосходное, прямо у стены парка Тюльпанов, можно пройти в парк через короткий проход через стену. Также в двух минутах трамвайная остановка Т1. Завтрак шведский стол, вполне сытно и вкусно. На крыше ресторан с шикарными видами на парк и на город.

Cons:

Небольшие следы износа ремонта в номере, небольшая пошарапанность, но за предложенную цену это абсолютно нормально. Главное - все чисто. Ещё прямо под окнами ходит трамвай. К нему быстро привыкаешь, но для кого-то может быть неприемлемо.

Pros:

Great location and friendly staff. Very nice view from roof. Park is across the street.

Cons:

Noisy tram. Smells smoking on staircase. No English except for receptionist. No parking nearby.

Bad Experience and not recommending.
Pros:

Just the location and the Guy Deyar.

Cons:

Its not clean everything dirty even the bathroom water flooded everywhere, The Ac not working the room very hot no water inside the room no Tea
The facilities are poor the lift not work properly and the last day the lift out off service, the breakfast was poor there is no diversity same food every day and some time finish before the time, there are many insects and bugs.
I don’t recommend to anybody .

Flott beliggenhet og veldig god service fra personalet, spesielt Diyar. Rommene var rene, men eldre enn forventet og ikk

Det beste med hotellet var beliggenheten, som var veldig sentral og praktisk. Jeg vil også gi ros til Diyar i resepsjonen. Han var veldig hyggelig, hjelpsom og ga god service gjennom hele oppholdet.

Cons:

Rommet var eldre enn det så ut på bildene, spesielt badet, som virket ganske gammelt og ikke helt som forventet. Rommet var rent, og rengjøringspersonalet gjorde en god jobb hver dag, men på grunn av rommets alder føltes det likevel ikke helt moderne eller like pent som på bildene.
