Nice. And relaxing shame about the weather could of been better, not the hotel’s fault

Aquis restaurant not worth a visit not as good quality as main buffet restaurant,
We stayed end of season , at the start the drinks were great as the week went on they seemed to not have lots of mixers for cocktails and used substitutes & jac Daniel’s for the last two days . We stayed in a swim up room but it was too shady no sun and wasn’t warm enough to use . But the room was lovely

Pros:

The hotel has a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere and beautiful green grounds. Compared with many traditional all-inclusive resorts in the area, it feels more European in its approach to hospitality. Most of the staff are polite and discreet, and the overall environment is calm and relaxing.

We also enjoyed the occasional live music. The hotel is a good choice in principle for guests who prefer a quieter holiday without loud entertainment or constant animation.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues that significantly affected our experience.

It seems that Beldibi, the village where the hotel is located, has something resembling a local taxi mafia, with drivers aggressively preventing Uber and other ride-hailing services from operating in the area.

But what really surprised me in the bad way - the hotel receptionist actively pitched local taxi services to us and told us that ordering an Uber from the hotel is “practically impossible”.

She even said to us something like “you can try, but you’ll see it’s impossible” 🫠 At the same time, reception displayed fixed local taxi fares that were approximately twice the Uber prices (!!!!).

I cannot confirm whether the hotel has any arrangements with local taxi operators, but its apparent acceptance of this situation was extremely disappointing. Guests should be able to arrange transportation without intimidation.

Our room was also extremely noisy. We were given a ground-floor room overlooking a hedge, behind which stood a large glass bottle disposal container. Every morning and evening, including after 10 PM, hotel employees would throw large quantities of bottles into it. The noise was incredibly loud even with the balcony door closed and regularly disturbed our rest.

Food availability was disappointing for an all-inclusive resort. Lunch ends around 2:30 PM, while dinner starts at approximately 7 PM. Between these meals, the only options were essentially sweets, ice cream, and rather unpleasant sandwiches. There was no decent savoury snack or light meal, so we sometimes had to eat outside the hotel.

The à la carte restaurant was another disappointment. The portions were tiny, the presentation unappetising, and the food simply didn’t taste good. My rabbit dish (I’ve attached the photo - it’s the last in the list) was particularly unsuccessful, and one of the starters was a slice of melon covered in a barbecue-like sauce. I would not recommend spending an evening there.

- Дизайн! Невероятно красиво! если Вам важна эстетика и дизайн и атмосфера - это место для вас. Ощущение, что находишься в крутом бохо отеле на Бали
- Атмосфера - тихо, уютно. Нет аниматоров! Нет днем громкой музыки! Вечером класная живая музыка и все. Если нужен спокойный отдых - то сюда

guest relations - Не стараются, отвечают через AI. Была большая проблема с пребыванием в отеле - Ясмин отвечала большими сообщениями, но на деле ничего не менялось и ничего по факту она не делала. Из-за ошибки персонала мне было плохо физически вечер и утро. Ясмин написала, что извиняются и все. У такого уровня отеля я привык видеть старание - например бесплатный массаж или какой-то знак. Тут нет. Также у нас была годовщина и мы забронировали ресторан - Ясмин перепутала дни.
Еда - еда вкусная, но выбора мало. Вегетарианских главных блюд просто нет. Питался только салатами и гарнирами.
Еда - надписи на еде не соответстуют действительности, к сожалению. Еда, на которых написано веганская - содержит мясо. Безглютеновое может содержать глютен. В общем есл иу вас диеты - то вы будете бояться кушать.

Теплое море, замечательная погода, прекрасная окружающая природа, великолепные фрукты, растущие прямо на территории (но только для того, чтобы ими любовались), большой бассейн (только для любования), проплывали в день по километру в море, прекрасное шампанское в баре на берегу :), очень приятный отзывчивый персонал, и конечно - прекрасный турецкий чай в специальных стаканчиках!

Cons:

Мы заказали ранней весной и оплатили, если я правильно помнила, номер с видом на море, но когда приехали в отель выяснилось, что наш номер был с видом из окна на контейнеры с помойкой!!! :( Это было УЖАСНО!)
Мы очень расстроились, номер был маленький и не очень уютный, мы устали от долгого перелета из Москвы и
просто решили, что напрасно сюда приехали!
Но я все же пошла на ресепшн и договорилась, что с дополнительной оплатой в 789 EURO - нам предложили замечательный номер с видом на море!
В этом номере - мы прекрасно провели свой короткий, но очень необходимый нам, полезный отпуск.
К тому же отметили мой День Рождения и с мужем 40-летие свадьбы!
Мы с удовольствием бы приехали сюда еще раз будущей осенью 2027 г.
Но хотели бы избежать недоразумения с номером в отеле.

Un Hotel estupendo
Pros:

Hotel muy agradable y bonito al que fuimos huyendo de los grandes resort y cumplió nuestras expectativas. La habitación que elegimos fue un autentico acierto 709 situada en una zona en la que solamente hay 8 habitaciones, rodeadas de palmeras y vegetación, en planta baja jardin con salida a una pequeña piscina largada a la que solamente tenían acceso las 8 habitaciones, con lo cual era muy intima, tranquila, muy muy cómoda y con una decoración e iluminación extraordinaria. También teníamos un porche privado solo para nosotros, con una cama balinesa gigante para tomar el sol o simplemente relajarse en la tranquila piscina. En las zonas comunes, había una preciosa piscina con vistas majestuosas a la montaña desde la cual contemplamos un precios atardecer. La Zona de playa algo mas concurrida resulta agradable aunque se haga dificil caminar por sus piedras, lo tiene preparado con varias posibilidades por si no quieres pasar por ellas, con una pasarela y un dique de madera desde el cual puedes bajar al mar por unas escaleras. El agua del mar super limpia .

Cons:

Deberían dar opción de comida a la carta, ya que a nosotros particularmente no nos gustan los buffets, a pesar de ello el desayuno es muy completo. Por ello lo único que hemos echado en falta es un pequeño restaurante mas selecto.

А в прошлом году открыли для себя настоящую жемчужину этого побережья - Balmy beach Resort в Бельдиби. Это чудесный небольшой отель, со своей атмосферой - спокойствия, комфорта, уюта и доброжелательности. В сентябре этого года приехали в Balmy Beach resort уже второй раз, и, что для нас совершенно невероятно, снова возникло желание повторить этот прекрасный опыт. Было приятно увидеть знакомые лица среди персонала, что является хорошим знаком, значит, все более-менее хорошо и у сотрудников)). В ресторане, при, в целом для Турции, небольшом выборе, всегда все было очень вкусно и всего достаточно. Со своей стороны мы только приветствуем такой подход к еде - представлен качественный и разнообразный набор блюд, без неоправданных излишеств. Хочется отметить прекрасный плейлист, сопровождающий завтраки-обеды-ужины в основном ресторане, в барах, это всегда негромкая красивая европейская музыка, много хороших каверов на известные хиты. При этом на пляже сохраняется тишина и покой. Мы отдыхали в кабане и это было самое прекрасное, никем и ничем не нарушаемое, время. И нам очень нравилось проводить тихие вечера на мягких диванах в баре недалеко от бассейна (на выходе из главного корпуса). Номера очень комфортные (оба раза останавливались в Делюксах), просторные, с достаточно большими санузлами, с отличным набором косметических средств. Мини-бар всегда полон. Кофемашина, чайник, халаты, тапочки - все есть. Пляжные полотенца приносят в номер каждый день. Для желающих еще большего уединения есть отдельные виллы. Т.е. в отеле предусмотрено буквально все для полноценного отдыха. Очень рекомендуем данный отель всем, кто ищет на отдыхе тишину, эстетику и ценит комфорт.

Cons:

Manque une deuxième porte dans la chambre pour éviter le bruit du couloir. Et les touristes qui pose leurs serviettes à 7h du matin pour réserver le transat et arrive vers 11-12. Faut enlever leurs serviettes pour libérer la place.

Sometimes waitresses were too eager to move beyond professionel boundaries
Drink services were a bit slow at restaurant or garden bar.
After approximatly 10.00 a.m. it is hard to find sunbeds that have umbrellas (i think people leave their towels and reserve them)
At noon and evening, you may hear the sound of music and animators from nearby hotels and i think it alters the ambiance of the hotel.
