Agréablement surprise
Pros:

Les photos correspondent parfaitement aux chambres. L’emplacement est incroyable à 5/10mn À PIED de AyaSofia, de la mosquée bleu, des transports et du palais Topkapı ! Hygiène impeccable. La nourriture est fabuleuse, les tarifs sont élevés comparés aux petites cantines mais en vu de l’emplacement cela se justifie, coup de cœur pour l’écrase d’aubergine avec son bœuf en sauce 🫶🏽🫶🏽
Le personnel est très prévenant, souriant, à l’écoute, et aux petits soins.
Je recommande vraiment cet établissement

Cons:

Petit bémol pour l’insonorisation de la chambre.. j’entendais les autres résidents ronfler et le bruit extérieur me parvenait via la VMC de la douche…

Удобное расположение, чисто, очень приветливый мужчина на ресепшн )

Cons:

Горничная ну очень шумно убиралась в соседних номерах, очень хотелось спать, но невозможно было. Правда прекратила после беседы.

The room was as in the pictures. A very comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and cleaned every day.
They gave us a quiet room at the back that was only noisy on one night when the music was loud until 1 am.

Cons:

If you don't plan to eat in the hotel restaurant then you will have problems with the staff.
After some sarcastic comments about us eating in other restaurants, my wife and I were confronted in the street outside the hotel by an angry member of the hotel staff. He told us that "It is not OK for us that you stay here and eat in other places."
We travel a lot and have never encountered this attitude or level of unprofessional behaviour towards guests!
We thoroughly enjoyed our (4th) visit to Istanbul and will no doubt return, but not to this hotel and not to this street as it's a bit of a tourist trap.
Other people we have met on our various visits to Turkiye 🇹🇷 have been incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable

Pros:

Moi et mes sœurs on a beaucoup aimé cet hôtel, très bien situé. L’hôtel est propre, le nettoyage se fait chaque jour. Le personnel incroyable, ils étaient vraiment gentils, ils nous ont très bien accueilli, je les remercie infiniment. Je vous conseille cet hôtel, quand je reviendrai à Istanbul je prendrai cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Extremer Schimmel im Zimmer, nicht eingecheckt und nur Teilerstattung des Geldes nach fast 3 Monaten

Wir waren im Mai dort. Im Zimmer waren Schimmel und sehr viele Fliegen. Vorallem aus der Badezimmerlüftung hing Schimmel runter (siehe Fotos) sowas habe ich noch nie in meinem Leben gesehen. Der Mitarbeiter sagte, dass das nicht schlimm sei und sie es nicht bemerkt hätten 🙄
Wir haben um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, auch im 2. Zimmer das gleiche Problem.
Da laut Mitarbeiter keine anderen Zimmer vorhanden waren, und wir unter diesen Umständen auf keinen Fall bleiben wollten, haben wir storniert.
Wir haben den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gebeten uns den Stornierungsgrund, also den Schimmelbefall schriftlich zu geben. Er gab an keine Befugnis dafür zu haben und versicherte nach der Stornierung würde das Geld, wie bei Booking gezahlt zurück überwiesen werden.
Mitlerweile sind fast 3 Monate vergangen, mehrere Telefonate mit Booking und Emails sowohl mit Booking als auch mit dem Hotel.
Zuerst hat das Hotel die Situation laut Booking geläugnet, später hies es dem Hotel seinein finanzieller Schaden dadurch entstanden. Sprich sie mussten Steuern und Abgaben an Booking zahlen.
Das Hotel hätte für ein schimmelfreies sauberes Zimmer sorgen müssen, hat das nicht und behält mein Geld, weil ihm Kosten entstanden sind, die aufgrund seines Fehlers entstanden sind.
Nach mehreren Aufforderungen hat das Hotel Mitte Juli nur die Hälfte des Betrages gezahlt.
Wir werden nun rechtliche Schritte einleiten.
