I arrived two hours before check-in and asked if my luggage could be stored safely in the storage room near reception. Unfortunately, I was told to leave it by the hotel entrance and was not given any luggage receipt. Although nothing was lost, I felt that the security of my belongings was not taken seriously. This was disappointing and made me uncomfortable.
