Cons:

I arrived two hours before check-in and asked if my luggage could be stored safely in the storage room near reception. Unfortunately, I was told to leave it by the hotel entrance and was not given any luggage receipt. Although nothing was lost, I felt that the security of my belongings was not taken seriously. This was disappointing and made me uncomfortable.

Pros:

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, and having a restaurant downstairs is a huge advantage — the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Everything was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. It’s definitely a place I would happily come back to.
