Niet tevreden!

De locatie

Cons:

Het hotel was heel slecht! De muren van kamers waren vol met zwarte schimmel, het geur in de kamers was verschrikkelijk! De kamers waren heel vuil!!! De tv’s werkte niet, waterkokers in beide kamers werkte niet, kreeg achteraf wel eentje dat werkte. In een kamer wc spoelde niet door, beddengoed was niet vervangen, bed zat vol met haren, er waren bloed vlekken op dekbed, douche vloer zat vol met stof en haren en op wc bril was haren. In badkamer zat zelf lege flesjes van shampoo. We hebben ons geld terug gevraagd zodat we ergens anders konden gaan maar dat kregen we niet, we kregen 2 andere kamers maar die waren het zelfde! Op hun foto’s lijken de kamers heel mooi en goed maar dat is bedrog! Nooit meer!

Every thing was amazing, from the room to interior, very comfortable clean and we got a free upgrade by MUHAMMED the staff is amazing very helpful I would definitely come again
