la ubicacion es excelente....el desayuno es local, no continental pero bueno
solicitamos un cambio de fechas, el hotel nunca nos respondio les escribimos via whatapps igual cuando llegamos le pedimos el cambio pero el personal correspondiente no se encontraba al dia siguiente hicimos la solicitud nadie nos dio la respuesta personal luego nos enviaron un correo de peticion rechazada, un poco descortes el no tomar unos minutos para simplemente decir que no se podia.

View and Hotel facilities
Only 1 lift is operational out of 3 and that one is also not displaying floor numbers inside. Room Door is not sound proof....Too much noise always disturbing from othrt rooms and pass by guests. Room service keep knocking doors early morning for cleaning. No sign for Do not disturb or Makeup my room.

Unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption
Bei Fragen aggressiv geworden an der Rezeption. Ich war als Familienvater mit 3 kleinen Kinder verreist hab nach Wasser gefragt für meine Kinder es hat den nicht interessiert wir haben 30 min für 2 kleine Wasser gewartet ne obwohl 2 Leute an der Rezeption waren hatten überhaupt keine Lust auf diese Arbeit
