还不错的选择；不踩雷；
Pros:

地理位置非常的优越；早餐非常的丰富；早餐的内容非常的超预期，量大到让我觉得会比较浪费；员工非常的友善；这里的10分全部是给了那个会说中文的小哥哥；非常的友好和善良；总之在格雷梅这样的旅游胜地，这里是个不错的选择；

Cons:

我住的浴室玻璃有安全风险；浴巾并不是那么的柔软；但考虑到这里毕竟不是城市，所以可以接受；这里会有猫咪进入房间，如果你很怕猫，这是一个风险；

Sehr reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück, viel Auswahl
Toller Service durch die Mitarbeiter: Wir hatten einen Ballonflug über das Hotel gebucht. Wg. des Wetters musste er zweimal verschoben werden. Die Mitarbeiter haben immer automatisch auf den nächsten Tag umgebucht und uns präzise und rasch informiert.

The room, staff and breakfast was 10/10.
Pros:

The service and the staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. The room was very clean and beautiful too. And the perfect location because all the good coffee shops and restaurants were max 10 minutes walk. At night, exceptionally pretty. This is my spot now everytime I visit turkey.

Pros:

Desayuno abundante! La habitación muy amplia y limpia! Localización en el centro de Goreme!

Cons:

El desayuno abundante y completo pero sin ser tipo bufet, por lo que al final si hay cosas que no te gustan o lo que sea se tira mucha comida.

A beautiful, unique stay with outstanding service and attention to detail- everything felt effortless from start to fini

Perfect location and a really good-sized room with everything we needed for our stay.

The staff honestly made the whole experience. Every single one of them was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had the best time. From breakfast each morning (chef’s kiss to the lovely lady cooking!), to the guys running the hotel helping with our luggage, answering all our questions, recommending tours and keeping us updated on the balloon weather- nothing was ever too much.

They even prepared a packed lunch for our journey home, including a vegetarian option for our friend who couldn’t make breakfast due to our early departure, which was such a thoughtful touch. When we needed something as small as plasters, they brought them straight to our door, and the unlimited water was such a bonus.

The team were just incredible, so accommodating, kind and attentive. If I came back, I genuinely wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Such an amazing experience 🤍

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like as such- more of a small recommendation. A full-length mirror and slightly brighter lighting. It would be a lovely addition (we do like to see our outfits!), although we completely understand the unique cave setting.

Pros:

From the moment we got to the hotel we felt cared for by the staff here. Burak at reception stayed in contact with our airport transfer and worried about us till we arrived. The rooms are absolutely STUNNING, I slept like a baby every night. It’s truly the people that work here that make it the 5 star experience for me though, I felt so cared for throughout it was so touching. Hulya made breakfast for us every morning fresh, it was nothing like I’ve ever had, and you could taste the comfort and love. Mirac would chat with us at breakfast and suggested doing a green tour in the morning which was one of the best decisions we’ve made it was incredible. Also he shared he had only been learning English for 5 months, he’s absolutely fantastic at it! Finally Alper at reception in the morning before our flight gave us warm sandwiches, cakes, fruit, and juice to take with us as we’d miss the breakfast time! I honestly can’t praise them enough. Turkish hospitality is next level, please don’t miss the opportunity to stay here!
