It was ok for two days but not worth the money to stay longer in our opinion.
Pros:

Mostly the location and the variety of shops and restaurants closeby.

Cons:

We got room nr 3 on the bottom floor, a lot of flies and insects came in everytime we opened the door. As we arrived to the apartment, it looked very good but it wasn’t properly cleaned. Dust everywhere as well as in the rooms. Bed not comfortable and we dont think everything was washed. There was a stinking smell of cat urine in the hallway and bedrooms which was horrible. Since we only were going to spend two nights there and mostly be out and about, we decided not to complain. We had a small issue with the sink but got it fixed quickly. We asked for thicker blankets on arrival since we got very thin ones but never got any. No staff available in the office at night.

Небольшой, уютный отель в тихом районе. Свежий ремонт, хорошая мебель, кухня оборудована всем необходимым для автономного проживания. Фотографии соответствуют действительности. Уборка, смена полотенец и постельного белья по требованию без проблем. Рядом с отелем кафе, продуктовые магазины, аптеки. Пляж Коньялты в10 минутах ходьбы. В отеле были пляжные зонты, которые можно было брать с собой на пляж. Эта услуга очень порадовала. Однозначно рекомендую отель для отдыха.

Восхитительный отдых в великолепном отеле!Останавливались в номере суперлюкс с террасой — это полный восторг! Номер невероятно просторный, светлый, с изысканным интерьером и безупречной чистотой. Огромная терраса стала нашим любимым местом: проводить там вечера и встречать утро с чашкой кофе — особенное удовольствие.Персонал отеля заслуживает высшей похвалы. Все сотрудники очень отзывчивые, вежливые и внимательные к деталям, любой вопрос решался моментально. Сервис действительно на высоте. Обязательно вернемся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать всем друзьям!

Great value and good location for walking
Pros:

The hotel is a couple of blocks away from the busy street on the beach but ideally suited for an easy stroll to the numerous grocery stores and restaurants in the area. It is great value instead of paying high rates to be on the beach area and in the traffic and noise. It has an elevator and a small balcony (with an astray - which was much appreciated). It is small but we were three adults and it was more than adequate. They also provided clean sheets and towels, etc after 3 days.

Cons:

The view from the balcony is very residential. We however enjoyed this and felt we were part of the city.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere — we will definitely come back again.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and this was not our first time here. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were always friendly, polite, and helpful.Comfortable room, and convenient location close to the beach and restaurants. Housekeeping was excellent, and we always felt welcomed during our stay.

Cons:

Overall, everything was very good and comfortable.

Pros:

Очень удобный номер - жили 16 дней в номере с двумя спальнями. Чистота. Мебель, полотенца, белье - все свежее. Удобная ванная/туалет, хороший душ. Есть все необходимые предметы для готовки на кухне. Удобно, что есть холодильник, стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина. Близко до моря - 7 мин пешком. Рядом супермаркеты и кафе на любой вкус, есть возможность заказать еду в номер. Сотрудники готовы прийти на помощь 24/7 - очень оперативно все решают при личном запросе или по вотсапу.

Ok, great staff, not as clean as I would have expected
Pros:

The property is not far from the beach and promenade. Staff were lovely and view is amazing from the balcony we had.

Cons:

The room was not all that clean with dirty cutlery draws and pans which still had food on them. There was a strong drains smell from the kitchen sink and strong smell of cleaning products when we first entered causing us to open all doors and windows. The glass was dirty with fingerprints on windows and doors. The skirting boards were dirty. I bought wipes in the end to wipe surfaces down. It’s wasn’t the worst situation and we soon felt more comfortable once we had cleaned it a little. We did leave early and booked somewhere else which was in part due to this but also we preferred another area where we had stayed before as we found the restaurants and shops better. Would have benefited from coffee pod machine in the room.
Smoke alarm activated one night due to other residence. Pool was not open when we went so bear that in mind.

Шикарный вид и удобные апартаменты
Pros:

Великопный вид с террасы! Дружелюбный персонал, комфортное проживание, приятные апартаменты. Вдвоем было очень комфортно. Посуды достаточно. Даже тостер есть. Никакой шум не беспокоил. Недалеко большой продуктовый магазин, рядом много небольших магазинов и пекарня. До моря 8 минут. С удовольствием остановлюсь еще раз.
